The old blonde lady in the deli is the nastiest sub maker, to be honest, I’ve been going everyday for the last 3 weeks to get subs, all over broward and this sub was the worst by far. It almost seems like I’m getting it at subway, nasty. She had a really nasty attitude too, like if she didn’t like who I was. That service is terrible. Get it together Publix, you need better staff than that, very bad staff over there.

We ordered subs for pick up tonight..bread was hard as a rock, meat tasted a bit past expiration date or as if it wasn't stored at the right temperature..one sub was made incorrectly and we asked for oil & vinegar packets which were nowhere in the bag..
Publix used to be so delicious but in truth quality is at an all time low..
Overall Publix subs are terrible now and so is the bakery (grabbed a small strawberry shortcake and the cake portion was dry & crumbly and the cream separating, we didn't notice it was expired when purchased)..if this our once beloved Publix new post covid normal..we don't want it and advise against several items now..
We are definitely reconsidering our grocery shopping options..because this and a few other incidents have left us gobsmacked!!

I love coming to this publix. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the store is clean and always stocked. Lovens is one of the managers there and he is above and beyond!

I have been a faithful customer since the day it opened. There is no need to go anywhere else. From produce to fish to frozen foods to meat to can goods and cereal to chips to salsa and the deli, and check-out EVERYONE IS GREAT!

The deli workers are the slowest Publix employees I’ve ever come across. Took literally 15 minutes to make 2 simple subs. They were disgustingly slow - not worth the wait

During my recent visit to the Deli counter, the staff member graciously assisted me in selecting a Turkey sandwich, which turned out to be marvelous.
Kai's in the bakery area service was truly exceptional, exceeding all my expectations. Her professionalism, warmth, and captivating smile made a lasting impact on me. I will definitely be returning solely because of her outstanding customer care. She is undeniably a rare find in the industry, displaying dedication and excellence in every aspect.
