I just electronically switched my prescriptions from CVS to Publix. In the transfer there were a couple of problems. I called and spoke to Gary. He did a fantastic job fixing the problems and explaining their program to me. I even made a suggestion that he said he would be glad to pass along. It was a very good experience.
