I've been in line waiting for 15min for a sub I ordered online 20min. A manager did a walkthrough at the deli and didn't even acknowledge the long line of people. And even worse, a woman slipped and fell at the drink fountain that is leaking water. Don't worry, miss. We all saw it. 7:38pm was the time.

Waiting in line at the deli is crazy long! Don't even try to complain because it will only encourage the staff to slow down even more. Companies are cutting back on staff to keep up with increasing wages... Demanding more productive from the ones that some how survive the layoffs!

Whatever you do, don't place an online order to here. Or if you do, then don't pay ahead so you can abort when they don't fill it. I made an order from the deli, and it was not in the pick up window at the scheduled time. No problem, I picked the shortest deli line so I could ask someone about it. I was told that it would be in the pickup window. I said that it was not, and would they please look for the order. They blew me off and said to look in the window again. It was not. I tried again with the same results. I already paid for the order, otherwise I would have just left - so I had to wait in the now 45 minute long line at the sandwich counter. 45 minutes later I showed the deli tech my order and asked them to make the sandwiches for me. Instead they said the order was probably already filled, and went around to several places behind the counter and came back with my sandwiches which had been sitting an hour and a half in the warmer. I forgot to mention that there were 3 other customers who were standing around trying to figure out where their orders were too, so this is not an isolated incident. If there was an option for zero stars, I would have selected that.

I love this Publix. It's clean, and the produce is always fresh. I will say it's busier than others I have visited, and the check out lines are longer. Of course, I could choose to do self check out, but doing that I feel would affect people's jobs, so I patiently wait. Always a pleasurable experience. Great job management and staff!

I am giving a one star mostly because the store management obviously does not know how to instruct their check out clerks how to handle produce checkout. Maybe alot of your customers dont mind the filth, but I dont want to see a clerk who has been touching all sorts of products, money(which is super filthy), their nose etc putting their filthy hands in my produce bags, digging around to find a upc label so they can scan. I mean all over the product. It is bad enough who did what getting it to the shelf How about this. If you cant scan through the bag, you should know what most items are- put in the matching upc manually And if you dont know what it is ask the customer-they normally no what fruit or vegetable they are buying unless they are challenged And really when your clerks dont know what kale looks like or raddichio etc maybe they should walk through the department and familiarize themselves-really you have tons of employees, plenty of time for them to educate themselves as someone fills in And listen-I ENJOY SHOPPING AT PUBLIX but lets have some hygenie

Went through the line around 9pm and the staff was too busy clowning around to notice that they had rung me for an item that wasn't mine. I had to stand in line now a second time to return the item and get a refund. The team leader (with the big fake eyelashes) refunded me and said she would speak to the cashier, who then was throwing a fit (hands literally in the air) saying she wasn't doing anything wrong. I interjected and said she should stop playing around and they shouldn't have their phones in their hands WHILE helping customers. The team leader then cut me off and told me "sir you're not going to speak to her like that" then she got a nasty attitude with me as well. She passed me off to the customer service manager who proceeded to just nod at every complaint I had in order to just get me out of the store. The phones are getting out of hand. These kids shouldn't have to be baby-sat. The team leader should have been leading her team, but she obviously failed and is "friends" with the cashiers/baggers. I expected better from Publix, but in this particular location, there's never a dull moment. My time wasted and my night ruined. I don't want to come back here ever again. The lesson here is that you NEVER know who your customers are, and if they TOO work in customer service. What an embarrassing interaction. They should be ashamed.

I went today to customer service (more like customers disservice) and they refused to sell me a pack of cigarettes for some made up rule that I was in the lottery register instead of moving me to another. The Person attending was very rude and proceeded to call another customer without allowing me to explain the situation. Publix need to hire more professional people.

Large and well organized Publix. Clean and well lit. I was amazed by the choices of frozen pizza, they had. You can really pick whatever you want, be it vegan, vegetarian, cheese, meat lovers, thin crust, thick crust, etc. Great check out experience. Nice large parking lot.

Great pharmacy staff, 100% better than Walgreens or CVS
