Its unacceptable that a customer goes to the bank to withdrawal $2500 in cash and the bank states that they areow on cash. Its amazing to me, that the management of this bank is so low on cash that they can only give you 1k in cash. Learn your job.

Only 2 teller windows with one unoccupied. 4 total employees visible and a line of customers, after 10 mins, a line that wasn’t moving and ZERO acknowledgement of my existence by any employees, I left. Clearly customer service skills is lacking here and that has to come from the Branch Manager.

I would not recommend this PNC branch to anyone. I came in to apply for a secured card, I figured this visit wasn’t going to go well, because the the most obvious sign the banker displayed was that as a banker in a reputable Bank such as PNC; she didn’t even get up to greet me. She sat at her desk and spoke to from there with this bothered look. I continued to ask questions from outside of her office, because she did not invite me to have a seat in her office. The question that I was asking was about the secured card and the benefits she said that PNC does not offer secured cards that PNC as Bank was winging off of that service. Upon hearing that response I knew something was wrong with that information she was giving me. I said thank you and left. I searched for another branch and I am pleased to say that they greeted me and the bankers named Brian and Ivette helped me applied for the secure card. I’m saddened that in today’s time this behavior is still being displayed. But you do have other banks or branches that will help and not all experiences are all the same.PNC BANK ON Glades and Lyons RdOn West Boca, Florida, thank you for your hospitality and kindness. This is what we call great customer service ?? Ivette and Brian you rock!

Seems like a bunch of non-caring people work here. I entered and the only teller was busy so I asked an employee who was busy on the copier if I could have a document notarized. She asked if I had an appointment. Since the place was dead I asked are you that busy? She returned to the copier ignoring me a while longer.A gentleman exited his office and I asked him. He told me they don't have a notary. What kind of bank is this? First bank I've seen without a notary or customer service.I don't bank there but do have HELOC's through PNC for property investing. This is the last place I would consider banking. If you need a bank, there are plenty of others nearby.

Horrible experience every time I go.The only reason I bank here is it is where my business banks. I don’t have the authority to change banking or I would have been gone over a year ago.Constantly takes at least 30 minutes for a simple deposit. The management has no concept of organization or sense of urgency, as there will typically be 1 active teller handling both customer’s, and the drive through, while other employees who are present make no attempt to help.At my previous employment, we used Bank of America, who almost always had at least 3 active tellers. I am constantly requesting to my franchisee we switch back to Bank of America.

No tellers they are doing away with them . Waited 30 mins to do a deposit. This bank had gotten so cheap not to hire anyone. When the lady finally took my deposit she was rude asf . Here name was Helen

This PNC sucks. Our old pnc in pompano was way better. We applied for something and despite having excellent credit, and personal and business accounts at Pnc, I could tell by their expressions it wasn't approved. However instead of just telling us then, they waited until the next day. We had an appointment for them to call at 10 am and they didn't call until noon just to say we didn't get it. Then they tried to sell me a credit card! lol. Our old pnc granted the same request for my husband and worked and got it approved. They don't know what they're doing at this PNC and are very unprofessional. Won't return here even though it's close by. Not impressed whatsoever.

They used to be a decent bank. These people are crooks. They charge their clients associates 2% to cash a check. Just to give you the math, if you cash a check for $10000 they are going to charge you $200 of your money. Watch out for banks with these type of fees. I would never use a bank that charged my customers to pick up their money.

I'm generally very happy with PNC. I usually do my banking on line, or occasionally I walk in if I'm dealing with cash. But today's experience at this branch is not quite up to. Sitting right here at the drive thru for a good 20-30 minutes just to make small deposit of 1 check and 9 pieces of paper bills. No acknowledgement that they received the tube I sent up. After hitting the call button numerous times, someone finally came in the screen and asked how they can help me? "I sent money up the tube! Did you get it?" "Oh yes, we are working on it". She disappears from the screen. Wait another probably 10 minutes. Pushed the call button a few times again before a different person came on. Again, " how can I help you?" I'm flabbergasted. "I'm waiting for my deposit to be completed?" "Oh, we are having a little computer problem, but I'm putting it through now." A minute later, she sent the receipt back in the tube. Why couldn't they have at least let me know at the beginning when I sent my stuff up?
