Palm Aluminum and GlassThe crew over at Palm Aluminum and Glass are awesome! Since my initial meeting with Danny, answering all my questions and explaining the installation process and what to do for a smooth easy installation. My actual installation with Nick and his crew was amazing! I can’t say enough about how nice their crew is, how quickly they work, or how well they work together, it just made the whole process much less stressful. Also remember they install and haul your old windows and doors, they also cover your furniture to protect it! I’m completely happy with my installation and my windows overall. I couldn’t think of recommending a better crew than the people at Palm Aluminum and Glass, they truly have some great people working for them. If you’re looking for some great windows and doors installed by a group of kind and hardworking people look no further than Palm Aluminum and Glass!

Palm Aluminum is great to work with! They have done all the windows and doors in my home, my brothers' home and my parents new home. They are reliable and trustworthy. In fact, the day Irma was going to hit, we received a phone call that they had a cancellation and would we like our windows installed now. Of course! My neighbors wanted to know who we knew to make that happen. We knew a great window company with a fantastic window installer!

After getting multiple quotes for our home (and dealing with a bunch of different sales reps and pitches), it was clear from the start that Palm Aluminum was different. Their sales, customer service and installation was amazing! They made the process incredibly easy and seamless. Billy and his installation crew are experts at their craft. We were expecting more of a clean up considering all of the work being done, but since they took such care to cover floors, furniture, etc. and cleaned up after themselves each day, residual clean up was next to nothing. Everything passed inspection with flying colors. Inspector even made a comment that he knows when checking a job that Palm Aluminum has done, he knows they do great work each time which makes his job even easier - including all of the paperwork and permitting that was in order. If you’re looking for a reputable company to make the investment of new hurricane windows or doors with, look no further - Palm Aluminum is THE BEST. (So happy with how the finished products look too. Gave our home a whole new and updated look! Plus, now we’re ready for storm season.)

Palm A. installed my Boca home 12 years ago swiftly and clean.12 years later, yesterday they finished my new home in Weston in 2 days.Nick and his team worked very hard and in a very professional manner. Danny was great to work with. Extremely professional run business from sales, scheduling, installation and repairs to PGT windows that I bought from the prior owner of Palm Aluminum 15 years ago. When it comes to windows and doors you need to use a reputable company like Palm Aluminum.

I highly recommend Palm Aluminum and Glass! We recently purchased a new home and wanted impact doors and windows installed. Danny was our sales person and what a wonderful experience we've had with him. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and worked with us throughout the entire experience. The installers (Nick and his crew) did a fantastic job! It only took them 3 days and they were in and out. Their work is impeccable. They kept the house clean while replacing the doors and windows. 100% recommend this company if you need impact windows and doors. Overall, a total A+ experience! If we ever need windows or doors in the future, Palm Aluminum will be our "go-to" company.

We can rave enough about this company. We've had mixed experiences with home improvement projects, but this was definitely the best. Michele and her team are highly professional from proposal to installation. Impact windows are a must for Florida homes. Thanks again!

I couldn't be happier with customer service and installation of my hurricane impact front door and windows. My only regret was that I didn't call them sooner because this process was very stressful and once I contacted Palm Aluminum I was immediately at ease. Thank you!

I could not be happier with my entire experience. From measurements to inspection everything was done with complete professionalism. Everyone I dealt with did exactly as promised. I dreaded putting windows in for many years because I was afraid of the cost, the mess in my house, and dealing with Workman taking apart my home. Not to mention the stress on my pets with a big job like that . I was assured from the beginning that I shouldn't worry. Well they were true to their word. In approximately 6 hours they were in and out of my house and installed 8 beautiful windows. I was so happy the next day I contacted them about putting in new doors. Had I known how easy the process was I would have done this years ago.

these people installed PGT impact windows on our second floor about 10-12 yrs ago. they sub-contracted out the job to a father and son team who didn't know what they were doing - we thought they were employees of the company and were never told they weren't. After two years, all the windows started leaking - PGT blamed Palm Aluminum and Palm blamed PGT - neither were willing to fix the problem. we finally had to hire a contractor to fix the problems and pay for it ourselves. can't believe these people are still in business
