I went to Pak Mail my first time a couple of days ago to get a friend's will notarized. The owner was very thorough and conscientious, and cares about doing things properly. His prices are very reasonable.

I want to comment on the owner- he went the extra mile and saved me!!! Such a KIND AND CARING BUISNESS OWNER. I had to send taxes on tax due date. His new younger employee had accepted my envelope and told me it would be postmarked that day. I found out later after I had left, that it would not be dated until the next day by the postal office, the young new employee was unfortunately incorrect. The manager, hearing this after I had left, took my envelope himself personally to the post office and waited in line- not a short one- to ensure my IRS envelope had the postmarked date needed!!!! I have always used their services, I will continue and urge others to SUPPORT A WONDERFUL LOCAL BUSINESSMAN!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome. I used the iPostal1 app to rent a “virtual mailbox” through this Pak Mail location so I could have a mailing address while in the process of moving. Super convenient to read my mail through the app and even deposit checks or forward letters. Piece of mind knowing your letters and packages are safe and locked up. Staff is friendly and helpful and picking up mail and packages was very fast and easy.

By far the best place to send packages. Junior, the owner is as personable as can be. He's efficient and makes everything seamless. When I bring in a package I know its in great hands and will get properly processed. Been going for over 10 years and Junior the reason why. if there's a way to save the customer money, he'll try to do what's best for the customer. Keep it going!

Been to this location before without issue but this time time was problematic. Most employees are nice but one employee walks around near customers without a mask on and seemed to have no care to put one on. Especially ironic considering the store is plastered with signs about the importance of wearing a mask. I won’t be back to this location.
