“After spending 2 very long and frustrating hours on the phone with ATT customer service, we drove to this store and Daniel saved the day. Possibly the nicest and most helpful person I have worked with in my 20 years of using ATT. Honestly, the staff was amazing (Cris also), friendly kind and beyond helpful. Best experience - so grateful!!”
“I just wanted to give a shout-out to Chelsea in customer service (the return area- not sure what it's called). I had a huge return from Walmart.com that I thought would be easier in person. I was so wrong! I was there for almost 2 hours. There was something wrong with the system. She had to call multiple people and still I had to take some of it to FedEx. I could complain about it, but there's no point. Chelsea tried her hardest to help and was even so nice as to lend me her phone charger as my phone was almost dead because I was there for so long. So I just wanted to say thank you to her. :)”

“Just upgraded phone from Coconut Creek store. Cole, the rep, who took care of my order was awesome. Saved me on monthly fees which was nice surprise. Cole was so thorough to make sure everything was as he said it would be. I admire that especially in todays world where people will say anything to make a sale.
