Purchased a car wash while filling up gas. After the wash, the results were disappointing, and I requested a refund. However, I was told only the manager could authorize refunds. Despite returning the next day as instructed, I received the same response: the manager was unavailable. It seems like a legal scam, as this business profits from not honoring refunds despite providing subpar services. Shame on you for prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction!

The clerk is the worst service customer person I ever deal with.Do not use their air/HVAC machines or the car wash, they take your money and do not respond for damages or malfunction, they answer that they belong to third party companies, so why they have it inside their property?

Car wash horrible and nasty. Car was still dirty, dryer didn't work at all and soap still on the car. Employee working was very helpful and didn't run into any issues, but Mobil in general could be better than this
