Definitely would not recommend this dealership compared to other chevy dealerships. I had my car there for an extra day just because no service provider communicated with me. When trying to call they never answer. And even when trying to get information for another chevy dealer someone named Brandon didn't understand how to use printers or send emails so he didn't want to help. He said verbatim the person who can send emails does not come in until Monday. Please Brandon give me a call back so we can discuss how to send emails and use scanners I wouldn't mind helping. Again just try one of the many other chevy dealers. Haven't had this experience at any other. Also if you look at my history I'm not one to leave bad reviews. This is how bad the service was.

I really enjoy my service appointments with this dealership -- always see the same excellent service advisor - Brandon. I always feel like he has my best interests in mind when suggesting what services I need and what can wait.

I had a smooth and easy purchase experience at this dealership, all thanks to Nelson from the used car section. He made trading in my car easy and offered competitive prices. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a great car!

The day of the purchase was the first time at the dealership. Got a pleasant vibe right away. Everyone was friendly and or salesman Guillermo was the best! He was friendly throughout the purchasing process and even arranged for a test drive, even though it was Sunday evening, not far from closing time. We finished up well after closing time but everyone involved in the process remained friendly and helpful without any sign of being annoyed having to work late on a Sunday. Days after the purchase Guillermo was always available and very fast to answer questions and concerns via text or phone, much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

My representative was great this is not on him but everything I needed done was not done. I was there for over 2 hours for an oil change and to get replacement tire locks since my other lock key was lost and couldn't get the new tire locks put on after 2 hours. The representative I had gave me the new locks and said to come back as they weren't able to get to my car. That is great he gave me the new locks but to not be able to put them on after 2 plus hours is crazy.

Dropped off my vehicle for a 9 o’clock appointment. Just getting an oil change and a tire rotation. Five hours later, after receiving no phone calls with an update I show up and the vehicle is still not done and they told me that it’s gonna be another hour so six hours in total for an oil change. I will never bring my vehicle to Chevy to be serviced ever again. For multi million dollar company they should do better than that.

BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT trust these people! This is long but worth reading if you don’t want to be scammed by this horrible company! I live 6 hrs away and had to deal over the phone. Salesman, sales mgr, and finance mgr are all liars! Gave me out the door price(text proof) and then changed it fraudulently at the last second! Was pre approved but they talked me into seeing if their banks can give better rates. Told sales mgr to only submit 1 or 2 banks.(text proof) They trashed my credit with 10 bank credit hits! Found out they get a kickback if the deal is with their banks and not your pre approved bank! Was in the office with finance mgr for 45 mins and went over the correct numbers we discussed on phone. Saw they added $1200 GAP which I didn’t need with $25k down and was told if I took off the GAP it would raise the interest rate which was a lie after I talked to my bank (they get a kickback for that)! Finance mgr Lied and said he gave me the GM extended wty at cost to dealer, that was a lie via my local dealer (sold it at full retail cost so another kickback). After going over numbers for 45 mins said I would sign docs with someone else. They sign docs digitally on big flat computer screen that lays flat on the desk and give you a thumb drive to take home. When signing he scrolls to just where you sign in a very quick page to page action. I didn’t read line for line since I just went over the numbers for 45 mins with finance mgr so I didn’t think anything was changed from the numbers I just went over. Since they give you a thumb drive with the documents you signed, I found out later when I got home they added $3400 to sales price, $800 for key replacement (kickback to dealer), $400 wty that can ONLY be used for that dealer knowing I lived 6 hrs away and would never use it! Added $1k delivery fee which was never disclosed! This place should be shut down for fraud! Found out the car never went through PDI (pre delivery inspection paid to dealer by GM) and there was serious safety issues including spring spacers never being taken off the car, parts in sealed bags in the trunk and the upgraded lug nuts never installed which the dealer got paid to install. Asked the salesman about features the car had when leaving and was told you have a lot of reading to do when you get home! Never cleaned the car for delivery. The windows were smudged and finger prints everywhere. Being exhausted from the 6 hr drive there, 3 hours waiting at dealer and had the 6 hr drive back I just left with the car defeated. I purchased a $75k ZL1 and was treated like it was a used car dealership selling me a 1995 Pontiac! Run far away from this place! They scammed me over $10k and will do the same to you! If you do decide to buy from here make sure you read EVERYTHING! Their scam system is down packed with every department working in sync! They know what they are doing! Lawyer getting involved now and will see if I can get anything back that was scammed from me. Good luck if you do business here!

The salesperson Bill saw that I was a young & this is my first car purchase so he decided to scam me by adding 6,000 dollars total to the price of the car. He lied and said he’d sell me the car at 16.9k and sold it to me at 19.9k then proceeded to add a 3k dealership fee which wasn’t the dealership he showed me. I understand dealerships have to make profit too, but I feel I got robbed. I made the naive mistake of thinking the dealership actually cared about its customers.

Recently went to this dealership to try and purchase a vehicle, and the staff was nice and friendly. I think one improvement that could be made is letting us customers know beforehand about the trade-in and finance discounts that are already included in the prices, also an enormous dealer fee with something called reconstruction fee or something that’s also pretty high in price. Obviously I ended up not getting the car, but I just think it’s a good thing to let your customers aware of these things prior to test driving the car, people are coming to dealerships with high hopes of buying a car don’t bring their hopes down. But besides that everything was cool.

Was recommended through a friend to go to the used car manager David C, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. David really put the time and effort in to accommodate everything I wanted in my vehicle. Will definitely be back in the future!

Sam in the service department was AMAZING! My fiance and I had a bad experience at another dealership the day prior and when I called this location, they were able to get me an appointment for the next morning. When we arrived, we explained the situation to Sam and he wasted no time helping us out, letting us know our car could be looked at the same day (vs 2-3 weeks at the other dealership) and they gave us a rental (which the other dealership did not help with at all). He even placed the reservation for us and had the rental company pick us up!Sam was a breath of fresh air after a bad experience and I highly, highly recommend him for any service needs!

Highly recommend avoiding this dealer unless you like scam tactics. When we went to sit down with numbers, Jimmy (our sales person) made us feel crazy because our numbers weren’t matching up. Turns out they were charging almost $4200 in dealer fees in the fine print!!! Even though Jimmy said it was $1298 and drew an arrow to it on the quote, in small print there was even more dealer fees ($1999 and $899 for delivery and detail… we didn’t need delivery but supposedly couldn’t be removed). AVOID!!!

We had a problem with our car battery. We took the car to their service department and they replaced the battery and several other things. Not long after the battery (still under warranty) was having issues. We made an appointment for my daughter to take the car to replace the battery while she waited. When she got there (after a wait) the service people were not friendly and informed her they won't replace the battery until they do other costly diagnostic testing. They also informed here it would be at least a day or more, despite the fact that this was scheduled in advance for a time when we could wait to have the battery replaced (and they don't provide loaners). Additionally they didn't know if they even had the battery in stock (even though that was the reason for the appointment). when we booked the appointment they said it would be a 2 hours max wait and the battery would be replaced. This was just bait and switch by the service people who were clearly looking to bill more. I got on the phone with the rude service guy who barely let me talk, but I told him to just replace the battery under warranty and let her go. She ended up having to get a ride home since they refused to fix/replace it at that scheduled time. Remember that they did the original diagnostic testing and charged for the work and battery that was under warranty. I went to the website of this dealer and used they contact page to explain what was wrong, and although to this day they have ignored my correspondence, they had the nerve to use that contact to have sales people email me to try and sell me another car. This company does not care about the customers, is poorly trained, and it is the worst experience I have had at a dealership. F-

Frank B took care of me regarding this service as he has in the 3 previous times before. As usual, he took great care of me and my vehicle. He is definitely a credit to your organization.
