I don’t have enough words for how kind and helpful Dan (the service manager is). He is one of those people that belong in organizations like this because he can lead a team to success and his customer service style is impeccable. Initially he helped me with my car, I left feeling as though he was a member of my family. I’ll be forever grateful for him. Not just for my experience but for my interaction with him. And another review, A shout out to sales manager Phil Sherlock , and my salesperson Goldbert Burton. They just leased me a new car at an absolutely ridiculous rate.. the rates are even more ridiculous given the state of our overall banking rates. Ive got to say that Goldbert is the one of the most easygoing, smart and competent people I've ever met. Between him and Phil the whole deal was a breeze. I highly recommend this dealership And these people. When you go in, ask for Goldbert! You'll get Phil too because they're a package deal. You'll be glad you met them both. The experience was a pleasure.....
I just had the pleasure of purchasing a car for my company from Fernando Pereira at Infinity of Coconut Creek. I recommend him highly. First, and most importantly for me he's a really nice guy. That's always a great start to a relationship that will eventually end in trust. I picked my car and it happened to be a variant of the car he drives. He knows the product inside and out and explained it to me thoroughly. He was upbeat and positive and made sure the deal got done. A pleasure doing business there. I brought my Q50 in on Saturday because it was making a noise earlier in the week. Unfortunately, that noise wasn't present on the way to the dealership.
As I pulled into the service department, Shai approached me, and I went over the issue with him. He was very attentive and helpful. We went for a short ride around the block to see if the noise would be audible. It was not, but he gave me his card and told me to come back as soon as the noise returns so the service technicians can better diagnose the issue. 10/10
