Came into the store yesterday, there was only one sales associate and two other people other then me and my husband , when we asked the sales associate to bring us correct measurements for the shoes. As I have a somewhat of an accent while I was saying the word "wide" she heard me as the word "white" I tried to point to the word itself on the shoe box to help her understand what I was saying. Instead I received "calm down". As there was no reason to say that or in that manner we ended up leaving and going to a different store, in which they made sure to ask "color or size?".

The store is very “cold”. We went in today and there was not a single employee in site. We walked around for 5 minutes, even used the restroom and were never greeted. There was no music or any sound in the store which you would usually expect from a retail location. In the end I walked out of the store without being able to try on the shoe I came in for. This was not my first time in the store and my experience each time has always been mediocre at best. Outside of convenience of running apparel, this is not a store I enjoy shopping at

Great store and great service . I would like to give a Shoutout to Gabe , who has so much knowledge on the product which makes it so much easier for customers to pick the right product . I am a runner and with help of Gabe I was able to find the right pair . He is phenomenal and the patience he shows with the customer is commendable. I am very happy customer and a member now.

The brands they sell are good, but some of their employees are mummies who do not serve or help the customer. I went on Friday, May 10: there was a worker who was clearly advising two ladies very well at the same time. The other customer in the store was me and the other worker never came to see what I needed, he only did so to bring me the size of the shoes I selected and returned to the checkout to wait for me to pay. If your job is only to be a cashier, you are accepted, but if you also have to serve customers, you do it very poorly.

My wife and I stopped in to get her a new pair of shoes that are actually comfortable for her strenuous teaching duties, and the manager Carlos helped us above and beyond what i’ve experienced in most retail establishments! He took the time to make sure everything was just right, he gave a plethora of options, measured everything for a precise fit, and was generally just great to deal with! I highly recommend stopping in to see him if you are in the market, as he’s extremely patient, personable, and professional ??

Shoes were poor quality and after 4 attempts to contact the business to return, still no response. Having to go through a PayPal dispute.

Carlos assisted me with measuring my foot and educating me about what type of shoe would be best for me. I had been wanting to visit for awhile and so glad I took the time to come. Carlos was great.

I had a great experience at this location. I brought my Mom in to get new shoes for her birthday and Carlos took the time to ensure she got something she loved. He was very knowledgeable about the products and made useful recommendations.

Very excited for go for my first visit. Walked in the employee barely said hi. Not interested in helping and I was the only person in the store. First and last visit.
