I really enjoy the online system. It's easy to use and you have wonderful deals. I was able to skip the line and I didn't have to grocery shop. My items were at the register waiting for me.

This is a hard review because each CVS is so different. My main issue is regarding the pharmacy. I have to drive 40 mins and pass 10 other CVS stores to go to the one pharmacy that has my meds. I am on multiple Rx's, one being controlled. For some reason each CVS pharmacy only carries what they want. Why if it's a corporation? I moved and now drive 40 mins, twice a month to get my meds. No choice because every closer store refuses to order the medication, even with valid scripts, doctor verification and a long history of taking.CVS overall is great. That being said, it's very frustrating. I also have CVS insurance so have no choice. The issue is CVS messed up big-time in the beginning of the opiate crisis, so now those who have certain needs pay the price for overcompensation.

Excellent place to shop at - very close to home. I truly love the friendliness and warmth of the employees the moment you enter the store and the personalization they offer. The identifiable sale items entice you shop more. You never feel intimidated.

I call the pharmacy to transfer a prescription from one CVS to another CVS. The person who I spoke to from the pharmacy was very rude. I'm the patient why should I have to call two different pharmacies and drive around town. Not right, if this continues I will take my business elsewhere.

Minerva Acosta is the rudest person I’ve ever met. No customer service skills what so ever, literally gave me a wrong count of my medication and insisted I had to re-pay for my medication due to her own mistake. I left crying and heard her laugh at me as I walked away.

This CVS is by far way better than the one on SR7 who never picks up the phone. I always send meds here without any issues, so no clue why the rating is so bad. Staff is great.

I just moved to the neighborhood and this store (# 590-3152) located at 4550 LYONS Rd., is the closest one in Coconut Creek. I had already been at least 9/10 times in the past 6 weeks and yesterday I had many tasks to complete at CVS ; I approached ERIC the Night Manager and he was responsible for providing me the best assistance I have ever had in the past 5 years in Florida. Not only he was knowledgeable and courteous, but he was great at highlighting other in-store benefits. just to mention one : photo printing. He was so convincing that I went back home and picked up photos toorder poster enlargements. I though for a while that I was being recorded for a video training, but ERIC is a natural rockstar !

The pharmacist, Acosta and her assistant, Maria are the worst human beings that exist. They have no empathy for customers that are coming in because of illness. They lack professionalism and abuse their power. the pharmacist, Minerva Acosta is miserable and you can see it from the moment you try to converse she’s unapproachable. She ignores customers and lack patience. She attempted to refer me to another store when my medication was in stock at her location, pretending that she couldn’t understand my doctor, so I personally called my doctor and she denied my prescription without reason. Then rerouted my prescription to another location 30 minutes away without my consent. I’m looking at the other reviews. I don’t know why anyone from upper management have not had a look into this. It’s a shame that you have a 2.5 rating and all of your complaints are for the pharmacy. Mrs Miserable Minerva Acosta the pharmacist fails to put her self in the shoes of the consumers that are coming in ill to get medication. She is extremely rude, disrespectful, nasty unprofessional, so is her nurse tech Maria . it’s a shame . if you look at the cameras clock at 7 PM -8:30pm on December 15 on the cameras, you will witness the unprofessional treatment that I received at the pharmacy . A month ago I was sick. Minerva Costa treated me the same way she did yesterday . She should prescribe herself medication because mentally she is not there. I live eight minutes away from CVS now I have a bad feeling in my gut whenever I go to this pharmacy/store. Minerva Acosta and Maria should be working at the swap shop not CVS. The treatment was so bad. I’m thinking about getting an attorney to review those cameras. It’s a shame. It’s a shame it’s a shame. It’s a freaking shame that a institution allowed her to get her credentials to become a pharmacist. She’s a clown and emotionally. She’s too emotionally unstable to be a leader as a pharmacist. Kelly G district manager please do your due diligence to check the covers at 7 PM to 8 PM December 15 Kelly G please do not let this go over you are district manager please follow through. Acosta should not be working there I will continue to call till I speak to Kelly G .

I gave my wife's name and had to repeat 5 times. The still didn't get so I asked for a scrap of paper and wrote it down. I even spelled it in international phonetics. Our old CVS at Lyons and Hillsboro was much better. Perhaps that is why they closed down.Long lines with customers having extremely complicated pickups. The staff is friendly, however, they are so slammed since CVS closed stores.I don't feel that they are in any way incompetent, just the same staff having to do double the work.
