I went to the drive up window because I had a baby in the car and it was raining. I carefully looked as I began to pull up for a sign. Above both entrances had a sign that read, Entrance. The box below the window was opened. I pulled up and the CVS employee tapped saying, "Read the sign." I said, what sign? She said, "drop off only, tapping on the window.(rudely} " I said I did not see a sign. Apparently it was laying flat in the box and difficult to even see it was in there. After driving around to the other side, I mentioned not seeing a sign before entering and that I could not back out after she showed it to me. She then responded, "You have to come inside then." RUDE Poor customer service MARIE. I noticed Marie has another bad review. CVS must be desperate

I have used the store for many years. I am thrilled with it. It is always well stocked and immaculately clean. The staff is professional, and the managers above and beyond. Eric should train other managers to be as helpful, thoughtful, considerate, conscientious, and well-versed on everything in the store at all times.

The place used to be awful, but now they have a pharmacist named Nick, who is amazing, friendly, kind, informative, patient Karma and has never once had an attitude with my family and I. We just really appreciate him, he makes this CVS worth going to again

Minerva is a (B)witch always has been and always will be she's rude nasty and a miserable mean human being, people that used to work there at that store all the employees hated her and even the store manager used to say about her called her " Minerva gets on your nerva". She's a real piece of work and so is the district manager Kelly G she's a two-faced hag anyhow....

I really enjoy the online system. It's easy to use and you have wonderful deals. I was able to skip the line and I didn't have to grocery shop. My items were at the register waiting for me.

This is a hard review because each CVS is so different. My main issue is regarding the pharmacy. I have to drive 40 mins and pass 10 other CVS stores to go to the one pharmacy that has my meds. I am on multiple Rx's, one being controlled. For some reason each CVS pharmacy only carries what they want. Why if it's a corporation? I moved and now drive 40 mins, twice a month to get my meds. No choice because every closer store refuses to order the medication, even with valid scripts, doctor verification and a long history of taking.CVS overall is great. That being said, it's very frustrating. I also have CVS insurance so have no choice. The issue is CVS messed up big-time in the beginning of the opiate crisis, so now those who have certain needs pay the price for overcompensation.

Excellent place to shop at - very close to home. I truly love the friendliness and warmth of the employees the moment you enter the store and the personalization they offer. The identifiable sale items entice you shop more. You never feel intimidated.

I just moved to the neighborhood and this store (# 590-3152) located at 4550 LYONS Rd., is the closest one in Coconut Creek. I had already been at least 9/10 times in the past 6 weeks and yesterday I had many tasks to complete at CVS ; I approached ERIC the Night Manager and he was responsible for providing me the best assistance I have ever had in the past 5 years in Florida. Not only he was knowledgeable and courteous, but he was great at highlighting other in-store benefits. just to mention one : photo printing. He was so convincing that I went back home and picked up photos to
order poster enlargements. I though for a while that I was being recorded for a video training, but ERIC is a natural rockstar !

The person in the cashier (store) at the entrance called Tamara was unhelpful and had no courtesy at all, I prefer to shop in Walgreens.

I call the pharmacy to transfer a prescription from one CVS to another CVS. The person who I spoke to from the pharmacy was very rude. I'm the patient why should I have to call two different pharmacies and drive around town. Not right, if this continues I will take my business elsewhere.
