I love the people who work in the pharmacy now. Before It was terrible, but now I actually enjoy my experience. Love pharmacist Minerva, she is great at her Job! She is always a great help to me and my family, and is also patient with us.

This phamacy is just careless to customers. I was waiting for 15 mins+ and when it was my turn they said we are closed which 8. i was online 7:40-45. My son really needs medication tonight and they don't give a damn!!

I was in the area and I needed to get some pain relief patches for my shoulder. They have a large selection to choose from. Name brand items as well as generic. I used my 30% off coupon.The store is nice and clean, when I walked in, I was greeted hello to the store, nice touch.Overall a nice CVS to get your basic stuff.

Pharmacy has been closed each time I've gone (8am & 730pm) when the hours online say 8-10. I ordered my prescription here and haven't been able to pick it up. This could be very harmful for those with more serious prescriptions!

Moved here 6 months ago and have had nothing but issues every single time I come here to pick up my prescription. The wait time is absurdly long - never less than 20 minutes in line. I feel bad for the employees because they’re clearly understaffed - usually only have 1 person assisting customers in both the store and the drive thru. This pharmacy has also been “out of” my medication 3 out of 6 months which forces me to spend hours waiting for my prescription to be transferred and filled at another location. The short male pharmacist is also rude and has 0 basic communication skills.

Worst experience yet at this pharmacy. My PCP called in a prescription at 2:00 PM it was still being processed at 7:00 PM. I called was put on hold for 10 minutes and proceeded to drive to the pharmacy. I arrived and the the two pharmacy employees are not answering the pharmacy phone but instead are chatting on their cell phones. Total incompetence! I spoke to what appeared to be a seasoned employee and asked for my prescription a had to wait for it. I wish I could contact the corporate office because the service here is just appalling. Better to drive 3 miles that deal with these people.

Pharmacy employees were unfriendly and showed no interest in serving their customers. Not a good experience and I will not return ever. Supervisor creates this environment and sets a bad example. There are many CVS locations, so don't pick this one!

"They absolutely fucking suck"..... would be an understatement, they had me sitting there for 30 minutes because it literally takes three of them to complete one task then it took them a second to check and tell me that my prescriptions weren't ready which I find odd because I got multiple calls stating that it was ready and when I went on the app it even said ready for pick up...however this isn't the first time that I've had an issue with this pharmacy so why am I even surprised....

This is probably one of the worst places to drop off a script. The length of time for acknowledgement and service usually a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes regardless if your the only person in the drive thru. Staff is easily confused and have no sense of urgency. It's always usually a frustrating experience coming to this pharmacy.

This location is awful. It took 15 minutes for them to deal with the 2 cars in front of me. It then took 20 minutes at the window for the staff to even acknowledge me. In total I sat there waiting 45 minutes just to pick up a prescription... seriously? You may want to consider hiring people who don't look like they're barely out of high school because these boys don't know how to do their jobs, or at least very well for that matter. Save your time and go to any other location.

Today is Thursday. I turned 2 prescriptions in last Friday. When I came back later to pick them up, only one was filled. I let the person know that I had given him 2 scripts to be filled. He said that it was showing up in the system that it had been filled and that he'd have to call the help desk to get it straightened out. I called every day to check the status and have been told they have been unable to get through to the help desk. I have in the meantime been receiving texts everyday informing me that the prescription doesn't have a refill until June 20th.Yesterday they gave me the number to the help desk and said I could try to call. So, I did and IMMEDIATELY got through. The person tried calling the pharmacy and was unable to get through. My husband and myself tried multiple times today to get it taken care of and they either refused to help at the help desk because we weren't calling from the pharmacy OR they were still unable to get through to the pharmacy. It apparently depends on who answers the phone. Finally, tonight, after staying on hold with the help desk for 20 minutes, they were finally able to get in touch with the pharmacy. I was told the situation had been straightened out and the prescription was ready to be filled. The pharmacist said he didn't have the script. I asked him to check again. There it was. So I'm sitting here in the pharmacy waiting after being told it will be at least half an hour before they can get to it. It's not taking a half hour, it's taken 6 days.

I went to this location for Covid test. I made an appointment which is required. I get there for my appointment and am told that the person who is administering it is not there and won't be there for another hour and a half. No call to let me know this and no concern. They could have helped me schedule at another CVS since this was their problem. The location that I will never visit ever again is 4550 Lyons Road Coconut Creek. I have had problems in this store before but not so extreme. So very disappointed and sent a message to their corporate headquarters.

The worst drive up ever ... they have two lanes and one only works I waited 30 mins just to pick up 1 prescription unfortunately I don’t feel safe going inside with my newborn baby to get my prescription so this definitely was an inconvenience for me they need to do something to speed up the line for people who aren’t taking covid test
