We recently picked up a 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness in geyser blue a week ago from this dealership. Our sales representative, Pedro, was enthusiastic and efficient throughout the entire purchase process. We were presented with up-front, out-the-door pricing and when it came time to complete the financial paperwork, there were no surprises. We were in and driving away in our new vehicle in just a couple hours. The negotiation process with Pedro was comfortable and stress-free. Pedro and his team certainly exceeded my expectations in a very positive way. This is our first Subaru and we are looking forward to years of adventure!

Took my Subaru Outback for warranty service early morning, I was welcome by Joe and he told me that they were going to handle this immediately and that it was going to take appropriate 2 hours; and indeed, that’s how long it took.

I went in for a general maintenance service and as usual, they are good at what they do. However, it should not have taken 2 and 1/2 hours. I think they over booked appointments.

My son, Gabriel, and I were shopping around for a vehicle. I would be hesitant about going alone to car dealers since I have little experience with vehicles. At my son's suggestion, we decided to visit Coconut Creek Subaru. Once at Subaru, we met Sammy. I am delighted that he was the person who helped us. Sammy went above and beyond to explain the best option for us, which is exceptionally affordable. It was my first time getting a Subaru. It has been over a week since we have been driving it, and it is a ***** VERY SMART ***** vehicle because its SAFETY features give me the peace of mind I need as a parent when my son is on the road. If it were not for Sammy and how well he knows Subaru vehicles, I would be spending much money with a different vehicle brand. Sammy is excellent and very sincere. Thanks to Sammy, my next vehicle will be whichever he recommends. Yes, Sammy is a sales agent YOU CAN TRUST 100%!

I was looking to buy a car and I was in the process of checking out 3 different cars. I chose Subaru as the first dealership. Michael Scholl was my sales person. He was so easy to talk with; he listened and totally addressed my questions and all of my concerns. His effectiveness was proven by the fact I bought a Subaru car that first meeting and did not feel the need to check out the other 2 car dealers! He made buying a car easy and took care of all the details I would have had to do on my own if I went to any other dealership.
In addition to Michael, the financial manager, Alex Glozman, was wonderful at explaining my options in buying the car. He was patient and so pleasant to work with.
The general manager of Coconut Creek Auto Mall also made me feel very welcome.
My overall rating for everyone I met at Coconut Creek AutoMall is above excellent in every category.

I took my car in to get an oil change and maintenance.. Ray was extremely helpful when I explained I had issues with my Bluetooth as well. Everything working great now. Excellent service as always!
