Made an appointment twice at this location for a recall. Prior to both appointments was told hey we have your part. Arrive at my appointment guess what no parts. How do you tell a customer on two separate occasions their part is there just to show up and the part is gone. Will just go to another location and stop wasting my time here

Went in to test drive an Elantra N this morning and was pretty set on purchasing as long as I liked the way it drove. I was told they did not allow test drives on specifically the Elantra N. How am I supposed to make sure that I like the car before purchasing if I’m not even allowed in it? I would have been fine even taking it around the parking lot. I understand not wanting young kids to come in and test drive for fun and was told that was the reason. “We don’t want 19-year-olds test driving to speed in it”, but I am not a 19-year-old. I will be taking my purchase elsewhere.

Great experience buying the car and having it delivered to my home. Just wish I had a contact to answer questions on how to set up all the features. Dealer responded to my comment very quickly. Couldn't be happier with my experience. Great service and what a fantastic new vehicle. Did a lot of looking around and this dealer and vehicle fars exceeds my expectations

I had the most wonderful experience here. Frank in service is awesome, professional and kind. He is just always outstanding.
My sales professional, Benjamin, was outrightly amazing! He was attentive, perceptive, listened to the current situation, and found the most delightful solution that I could not even have fathomed! Benjamin went above and beyond and throughout the entire process, was patient and informative.
Mr. Roberts in finance (I don't recall his first name) was honestly excellent. He explained everything effectively and really worked with me. He is intelligent and was very professional in every regard.
I am so happy with the outcome! I really don't like many dealerships as they can be deceptive and treat people poorly/deceptively, but NOT this one! As such, I highly, and without reservation recommend this dealership to ALL!

I came in and was told that the service with take at least 2 hours, which I knew Nd planned on waiting. It took less time, my car came back washed and cleaned and I was ready to go. Thank you so much!
