The most frustrating experiences at the Coconut Creek location in Florida. It's a convienent location in a shopping center with lots of restaurants. We generally eat and go look at Chico's to walk off dinner and spend some money.That will not happen again at this location! We walk in the door at 5:30 and they "warn" us that they close exactly at 6:00. We get that, the window says that and typical of retail on Sunday. Then they proceed to watch us closely and if we pick up an item or two the next person "warns" us they close at exactly 6:00. The third person proceeds to tell us not to go into the dressing room late because they close exactly at 6:00.I don't understand the attitude of pushing a customer out the door before we even get in. They are just rude and obviously don't like their jobs. Yes, one Sunday we may have found something as we were walking out and went back to buy it, maybe at 5:55 by mistake, I can't really say but I take it personally that they don't want our business! Maybe because my mother in law is 93 and has a heavy accent they think she doesn't understand them.We are Chico shoppers but we won't be at that location ever again, nor will my family.Sorry to say the staff if old enough ( in their 50'a and 60's) to know the importance of taking care of a customer. Customers matter today more than ever, they aren't Amazon!I recommend NEVER going to this location.

Horrible customer service. Walked in the back, and no one greeted me. I passed 3 workers, not a word. I looked at some clothes and again no words from anyone. I made my way to the front, and no one said anything except 1 worker said hi. No one offered any help. I went back to the jacket I looked at and draped it over my arm and walked over to look at jewelry. Now, the same women who didn't even offer a hi are saying, "Can I help you. I said no. Oh, now I picked up an item to buy, and now everyone wants to help me. Hard pass. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

In my lifetime, I have worked with people with Bergdorf's, Bloomingdale's, Lord & Taylor, etc., but Vera was as good or better than any personal shopper I've ever used. I only wished she worked in New York City, but I'll look forward to coming to this location on my next visit.

I went to return a few items that I never wore and were purchased less than 60 days ago. I had no problem with returning them. I also wanted to return a black sweater that I washed and wore once that a seam was coming apart. It was purchased at the same time as the other items. The cashier, Jasmine, would not take the sweater back. She wouldn't even look at the seam coming apart. She just pointed to the return policy on the receipt. I expect my clothes to last more than one wash and wear. I'll no longer be a customer of Chicos since they won't stand behind their clothing. Clearly the quality of their clothing has decreased over time. I was the only customer in the store and I assume they don't care about retaining customers. I advise other customers to not shop at this store anymore. I can see why the last 3 reviews have 1 star.

Bought something online for in store pick-up. That day in my mail received a reward card. When I went to pick-up items she told me I coukd not use them. I know that not to be true was just lazy and didn't want to redo the purchase! I know thus because tge same thing has occurred before and tge previous salesperson was more than happy to redo the purchase. Only take one time to possibly lose a good customer.

Chicos has always been one of my favorites. I was in the Coconut Creek area and stopped by to check out new inventory. What a different experience! I was not greeted when I walked in, nor asked if I needed help even though there was only one other person in the store. One clerk was hanging clothing in the sale area from a rolling clothing rack. She did not offer to move the rack over a bit so I could get to the cell area even though she saw me trying to climb around it. I will not go back to that store.

Terrible experience. I was there to use my rewards but the lady didn't came forward to get the money and I was waiting for 10 minutes when there was just one customer whom she pretending that she was helping her. That is why we need to get retired when we are more than 70 years old.

From the moment you walk in you are treated like celebrity. Beautiful selection of clothes top of the line quality and amazing very knowledgeable sales associates run by great managers . who are going to dress you up from the head to toe . They will set up dressing room for you and you don’t have to do anything except being transformed to walkway model. If they don’t have size or outfit in store they will order it for free delivered to your doorstep . Great team of kind and polite people with amazing taste for fashion. So, don’t wait and come to Chico’s, you will never regret it. This boutique is true gem with white glove service and amazing stylists.
