Could not Post unless I gave a rating, but if it was up to me, I would give 0 Stars. The WORST experience I have ever had in any bank. There is a severe lack of common sense and effective communication from the branch members. I was made to return to another branch 15-20 mins away because they did not want to issue another Cashier's Check for me, the funds were coming out of my account, I am a CHASE customer, and have been for a long time. To top it off, the lady behind the register proceeded to give me an explanation about Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. I explained to her that I was required a Cashier's Check, not a Money Order. Incompetence at it's finest. Now I see all of the negative reviews and it confirms my dissatisfaction and frustration. Please stay away from this branch.

I went in today to deposit a savings bonds. They had me sign the back of the bond and then told me they weren’t able to deposit it, really screwing me over. Thanks guys.

First let me clarify that this branch that I'm writing this review on is in Coconut Creek on 6500 North State road 7 not the other Coconut Creek BranchThis particular branch started going down hill after Oscar left a few years ago and then Jason left.. so finally I began going to the branch on West Hillsboro boulevard near powerline.Occasionally I go back to the Coconut Creek Branch on 441 but the biggest problem with the branch is they are always short of large bills and the same person always gives the same answer: "sorry everyone wants large bills,"Well sorry but you are a bank ..shouldn't you have large bills and if everybody always wants large bills why does this Branch always come up short?One time they tried to negotiate with me asking me if I would accept half of my withdrawal in 50s. Well sorry I'm not taking fifty 50s and 25 100's which totals 75 bills!Gosh I mean really get it together. And I mean I hate to complain but how else is this branch going to get better without trying to improve on its drawbacks? It's like they still have the same old issue of not having enough large bills

Terrible service in the lobby. Waited 20 minutes for my term, and told me that the branch do not offer to open debit card service and told me to do it myself online.

How disappointing. I went in to this branch on Monday to get some forms to fill out with my accountant. They told me that they cannot give me the forms and that I first had to meet with a banker and then after that, I have to meet with a financial advisor.Well, it's Wednesday. Had a 4:30 appointment and the financial adviser was busy in a meeting. I waited 15 minutes and realized.....They are not very professional and it's time to leave.

Absolutely the worst banking experience I’ve had. The oriental teller decided she wanted to ask me “where I got my checks from.” I’ve banked with the chase for over 20 years and have never had this asked me. She placed additional holds on my account for two weeks. I wasn’t even working with her, but she wanted to make it her business because she saw an African American female depositing money. Her interaction and question were unwarranted. She doesn’t belong in customer service. I’ll be filing a Better Business Claim on this situation because once this money order clears, I will make it known she was harassing me and creating unwarranted, unnecessary holds.
