I walked in to your branch to use the ATM and there was no money in the machine and the stupid teller said did you check your phone for a text message? And I asked for a manager and they said there wasn't one around. That branch needs to close down the people there are worthless.

This branch is a joke, nobody is here to address your problems, waiting here while I wrote this review, asked for help 15 min ago.Ok and this is not the first time this happens here, so this is not an isolated event.I think it is time to find a bank that cares about customers.

This place is cloudy.... Not even bother to came here people. As soon as enter, you feel the low energy and vibe ... I asked for help to open an new account and they told me there was no bankers to attend me.Then I went to another location (1799 W Sample Rd, Deerfield Beach, FL 33064) and as soon as you enter you feel the good vibe. Vera welcomed me and helped me by opening a new account. She was fun and very professional.

What is this a daycare? please act professional Chase associates you deal with the people’s security and finances, tellers need some training and stop eating your chik-fila at the register counter/station smh.

If I could give this place a zero I would! I deposit money through the ATM and apparently there’s a malfunction in the BOTH ATMs. It accepted my deposit but it didn’t reflect in my account. Instead it gave me a receipt stating “to be sure deposit went through please contact us”. I also noticed there were other slips on the floor stating the same thing as mine. These ATMs need not only to be fixed but weekly or monthly maintenance should be performed as well to avoid the reoccurrence of stressful situations such as these. Because clearly I wasn’t the only client who experienced this today. If any staff members go outside first thing tomorrow morning they also too will be able to see all the slips on the floor.

Thank you very much JESICA for helping us solve the problem, because the application for a credit card did not understand why it was rejected. She was very patient to help us get through the customer service call and waited for two hours. She spent a lot of time in solving our problems. She was very patient and very attitude.

It's an absolute pleasure going to the Chase Bank in Coconut Creek. It is very Covid-19 friendly and take all precautions with my concerns. Is always a manager as you enter to direct you to the proper teller or associate. One of my favorites is one of the ladies named Amanda. She is always so happy and upbeat and friendly and always willing to take her time and to help you in any way you might need it. She has an amazing energy. Thank you so much.

Hard to do no contact banking when they won't answer phone. Covid not transmitted through talking on phone. Give people an excuse to be lazy and this happens.

Got a chase cc card trying to improve my credit score. First month got my 1200 bill and I paid it in full They took the money out of my account and then held on to it for 7 days. So I called to complain.Lady told me that was normal on a new account Then she said to solve the problem I'll increase your credit limit another $500Well she did another hard credit check and lowered my score 28 points for two years. Then the next months same thing happened , holding on to your money for a week and they took the 500 increase away. Called them and was told they couldn't do anything .I wish diarrhea upon Chase / JP Morgan!It seems you never get anywhere with companies like that. Haven't missed or late paid anyone in 25 years. Not very nice to tread people like that.
