I came here with an appointment and was treated amazing. I spoke to Anny and she was so nice. She handled my questions and even went far and beyond. I came to get a paper signed. I read many reviews before I come to places and I read a few bad ones but i promise that this bank works efficiently as possible. The manager who works behind the desk checking people into their appointments is super nice.

I was the only one in line and I asked the teller 2 questions and I felt she was abrupt and not acting concerned or professional. Basically I felt that she insinuated that I was wasting her time and I was liar. Not going back to that bank!

The teller service is so slow at this location... takes 25 mins standing in line with 2 people ahead of you. Meanwhile you have a million chairs and someone walking around with an iPad helping people depositing checks. Get more tellers!

Bank is closed.The machines are not processing all data. Incoming and outgoing.I had to use 3 different machines in order to process all my cash / checks.

I am currently waiting in line, the only problem is there is nobody in front of me and nobody with the ONE teller. I'm not sure if the system is down but I'm just standing in front of the line and the teller is looking at his computer. After standing in front of the teller for 5-10 minutes the teller finally looked up and called someone else. The system must have been down but nobody said anything nor looked at me. Not a single , "Hi, sorry but the system is down. This may take a minute ". I'll give a second star because they did waive my $15 cashiers check fee , only because I told them to. This branch used to be great, not sure what happened to them. The manager was more concerned with a slightly cracked tile than the customers who were waiting for a while with no explanation. I was seriously contemplating changing my bank after this experience, no excuse.
