“I don't typically write reviews, so it typically means I had an extremely high level of service when I do so. I have been in search for a vehicle and landed on the BMW X1. This was my first time buying a vehicle online from a different state and I had some level of scepticism. To make this experience even more interesting, there was nationwide recall on the X1s, and I needed a vehicle soon. Well, there was no better salespersons than Raj to help navigate this new terrain.
During the process the X1s were on no sale, but Raj introduced me to X3s as an alternative. With the time ticking away, Raj understood my situation and he quickly gained my trust. He was the most responsive, engaged, fair, and chilled salesperson I encountered in a long time. Raj worked with me throughout a two week process to help find the vehicle that fit my personal preference and budget. From sending specifications of vehicles, sending personalized videos first hand of the vehicle was extremely helpful.
His knowledge of the product, process, and willingness to find the right deal earned my trust. Unfortunately, I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from Raj due to a hiccup with the finance department that wasn't foreseeable; however he assisted me in solidifying a great deal locally. For my first BMW purchase, Raj exemplifies the positive attitude and quality you expect to experience when buying a vehicle. If you ever get the pleasure of working with Raj you will definitely understand why I took the time to write this review.
