“I have been a customer for many many years. The last time they installed a new 9 gallon Dainvac was 10 years ago. Their equipment is that good. A couple of days ago they replace it with a new one. They showed up on time and did a professional job. This time I thought I could get a 4 gallon Drainvac instead. However, that night, I realized that I wanted the 9 gallon so I texted Robert who responded right away. What amazes me is that after all these years, Robert continues to engage directly with his customers and continues to be as passionate as he was 10 years ago about taking care of his customers. The next day his crew showed up to replace it with a new 9 gallon. Needless to say, I was very happy. They immediately reached out to me about purchasing some appliances, sent me pictures and descriptions, offered same-day delivery, and their current customer service Is absolutely amazing. We chose to pick up our new refrigerator and stove, and they were brand new in the box! “It’s amazing how far prompt responses and honesty gets you. I emailed them about an issue I was having. They replied quickly with a response that had a plan so I knew I wasn’t going to be spending a bunch of money on an old roomba. I brought it in this morning and later today they advised not to move forward as it seemed to be a massive issue. Most repair type places will try to sell you or convince you to spend money, but these kind people made a recommendation that didn’t make them any money today but I will surely be back to them and tell others. Thank you for the great communication.”

Purchased a built in microwave, they came to install it and my cabinet was not a standard size. The installer (Mark W.) did not give up on me. He called their cabinet company and the carpenter came to my house right away, made the modifications and it worked! Very happy customer. This is the only place to purchase your appliances.”

“Had a problem with an old Moen Valve. Someone helped me buy the tool to properly replace it. Part of the valve was stuck inside the shaft. Could not have fixed the problem without the tool they had and the correct valve. There was a regular customer who was like an angel sent from heaven who verbally walked me thru the job. Perfection. “I was at this store to return some items and I had the best costumer service from cashier named George and assistant manager Jennifer, this store is lucky to have these two amazing people on board. These 2 people made me change my review from 1* to 5* because I was there 2 days ago and cashier named Paola couldn’t process a return and I ask her to call the manager, when manager came I forgot her name and she said there is no way she can help with the return because the register is refusing the return you can tell she was to lazy to even try to help, I told her I can do an exchange buy something else she said we only do exchange “APPLE FOR APPLE”” really? She said email costumer support they will help you and I did they said manager can give you refund if he/she wants to if they don’t want to give refund they will come with excuses we can’t do anything. “Great store, great staff, thank you for you help. I twisted off the hot water valve and had a 7am emergency visit to the store on commercial. I have an older 1983 built house and was terrified that there might be no Kohler parts to rebuild. Ferguson plumbing took their time to match the broken valve assembly and hooked me up with the rebuild kit. I installed it, it is correct part, and works great. The house has water again.”
