Hey guys, this new Chris guy you have working for you really doesn't seem to like Spanish speaking people that have a hard time speaking English. He didn't seem to care that client's were near by to hear him complain about a group of people he doesn't understand the struggles of.

Definitely understaff, a very busy 711 but that's not the fault of the employee. On Monday, April 24 at around 5pm, the guy with black curly hair behind the counter was professional , fast and efficient. I don't expect him to friendly . I don't need friendly , I want efficient with professional attitude. I just bought two bottles of tea and don't need a plastic bag. So I picked up the bottles but he asked me while about to hand me the plastic bag if I want it anyway. I watched him making the pizza and attending to the counter all by himself at that time. I didn't even know that 711 also sells pizza. I was very impressed with the employee ... management should give this guy a good bonus. I haven't seen any 711 staff like him that was very good in multi tasking. Usually slow and sometimes not even friendly.Anyway, this 7 eleven is a bit far to where I live but I dropped by looking for the 711 own bottle of organic half lemonade and half tea for 80 calories only. It's out of stock in the 711 stores close to my neighborhood. Unfortunately, this store doesn't have it too. So I was wondering if it's discontinued.

The most rude customer service who ever is working Christmas morning needs to be fired immediately told me F@&) you when I asked was the air pump working. I simply do not know why 711 keeps coming in to communities and not having friendly staff STOP GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY.

The is the worst 7-11 ever. There was a rude older man working the cashier. I’m still in Shock on how rude he was and didn’t even want to look at the receipt to see the discrepancy/overage in the total.This is the the worst. 7-11 and he needs be fired!!

They're idiots can't follow simple directions. the "boss" and the employee printed my lottery tickets wrong. claiming can't be canceled or refunded for their mistake. well imagine that it was corrected before because if it's not done correctly you should fix something.just incompetent and nasty.They're idiots I'll say it again and rude!

Manager was very rude to a customer who has the receive and wanted to return a cell phone charger he purchased 5 mins ago. It's not the fact of implementing Company policy, it's the way she treated the customer. Very rude and humiliating .

Had a problem with the app, and instead of trying to help , they just blame you and say you are doing it wrong , when it clearly proves that I was right and they were deaf wrong caste apparently they have low reading comprehension skills. Definitely don’t recommend this location.

The cashier Filton would not check my lottery tickets. Told me to use the machine in the corner to check, the machine says to see the retailer... I waited in line while the people ahead of me took as much time as needed. But when it came to me, he told me he was busy, when there was one other person in line and that person had just entered the store.I ask for the manager's information he prints a receipt and gives me the store information.
