Took my car in to have the brakes and front alignment checked. Service advisor Don was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He went over in detail what he would have tech do and then called me to advise of what was needed. Ladies, if you need an honest repair facility...this is it. They are not going to try to take you for repairs you don't need. Honest and trustworthy is hard to find today...but it does still exist at Winner.

I have been using Winner for over 10 years. They have worked on my vehicles and my children's vehicles. I have found them to be timely, honest and capable. I plan to continue using them and highly recommend. I'm glad to have an auto repair team I can trust. Don and Tom do a great job communicating through the entire process.
7/15/24 update.
As I've come to expect, great customer service and repair work again by the team at Winner Auto. They repair the AC system our 2014 Camaro. Had to navigate some sub standard parts they received. Communication was timely and complete
They have earned my trust by standing behind their word and providing quality automotive repairs.

From beginning to end, this experience exceeded our expectations!
Winner came highly recommended by our neighbors on Nextdoor. Within minutes of booking our appointment, I received a confirmation via text. Several minutes later, Don called to find out more about our issue. He was friendly, professional and started thinking out loud about what might be the nature of the problem. The day our car was serviced we received a call explaining in detail in layman's terms exactly what was going on, how it would be fixed and what the cost would be. We really built trust with Winner and the team there. I confidently recommend them for all your car repair needs!
