West Cocoa Pharmacy and Compounding is a fantastic local and neighborhood pharmacy. The family, employees, and entire staff are friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. They provide excellent service with a real hometown feeling. They get stuff done, treat customers right, and go beyond the norm to take care of problems and ensure customer satisfaction. They are great to work with when in need, carry medications during shortages, and have prices far less than big box or chain pharmacies. They offer none of that corporate garbage.

My experiences with CVS and Walgreens over the years have deteriorated so drastically that I decided to try my luck with a local pharmacy and boy howdy was it the best decision I've ever made. The family and employees here are awesome. They get stuff done and treat you right. Never again, chain pharmacies.
