Waited at the pickup side for over an hour waiting for 10 items that stated they were ready at 5pm and it's now passed 6pm and still don't have my items. Cars that got here after me were getting there items and leaving. Very dissatisfied and didn't even offer an apology for the inconvenience.

Ordered an 8-9 delivery from the previous day. The order got delayed at 8:40 by 2 hours. 2 hours went by with no update. Tried to cancel the order and they say the order may have already been prepared and cannot be cancelled. Terrible service and no communication.
