I recently had the pleasure of working with Tropical Garage Doors to replace a broken spring and keypad, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the initial phone call to the completion of the service, their professionalism and expertise were evident every step of the way.
Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, and the conversation was honest and informative. Courtney was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my needs.
When Chris and Troy, the technicians, arrived, they were on time and ready to get to work. They were friendly, respectful of my property, and went above and beyond to do their best job at hand.
Additionally, they took the extra step of lubricating the doors, which has made a world of difference. Not only are my garage doors working more smoothly now, but they're also much quieter, which is a big plus for my household.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Tropical Garage Doors. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly top-notch. These guys rock. They were able to come out within 1 day of calling for a repair. Chris called me to let me know he was on his way. He was very nice and professional and had my garage door fixed within 30 minutes. He even went above and beyond adjusting my door and reprogramming the opener. My door is now quieter and smoother than before. Price was fair and I will definitely be using this business in the future. Thank you guys so much.

Pricing was very similar to other quotes we got, and the customer service was great. The person who came out to measure for our quote was not just a sales person, he clearly had experience and knowledge of the installation process.We were originally told that our existing opener would be sufficient for the new door, and after installation it became clear that we would need a stronger one. They came out and installed a new (much nicer) opener at no additional cost.

Tropical Garage Doors was great! We had a broken torsion spring on our garage door and the door was almost immovable (very heavy). We chose Tropical because they were BBB accredited with an A+ rating. They were able to place us on their schedule the same day, and were actually able to come out even sooner than expected. The whole process took less than one hour and was done perfectly at a great price. They deserve the excellent ratings they get!\n
