Had 2 different amazon returns that another store refused to take. Service was prompt and courteous and policies were thoroughly explained. I was in and out so quick. Hats off to Manager Mr. Nigel for running this store well.

I specifically went to ups to send a package to Puerto Rico because I needed it to get there quickly.After much discussion about rates and the process, i explained that I needed it there in 3-5 days. The very nice young lady told me the price, asked a ton of questions that the post office never asks and I paid the bill, assuming all was well.It’s been seven days and my package has not been delivered. The tracking info has not updated in four days and a phone call yesterday to the store was basically, “I don’t know, once it leaves here we can’t help you”.Never again, UPS.

I used the store with the Bounce app to store my family luggage while we visited the Kennedy Space Center. The service was awesome, flawless check in/out. Friendly staff. The best place if you want a temporary storage.

Completely scammed my teen daughter into paying $20.00 for a box to ship back an Amazon return! It was a camelbak, not a huge box by any means. Completely didn’t tell her until they boxed it and then charged her the $20.00 ! It will be reported to UPS corporate and Amazon.

This store is a JOKE! they charge you for taping up your box, printing your shipping labels while EVERY OTHER ups store does NOT!! Do yourself a favor and go to A different UPS store!!

Have an awesome new thing in here. There's a special place designated for Amazon returns only. Go in skip the regular line and scan your return label from the app on your phone and drop it in a bag and drop it in the box and done. Great idea and great addition. The lady was also very helpful in explaining the way it works and answering any questions. But I've never had a bad experience in here.

Had a package shipped here from a company that uses UPS as an access point. The woman at the desk told me there was no record of a package under my name, was unwilling to help, and told me to call the “Hub” to figure out where my package is. 45 minutes after being on hold with the hub, they told me my package is exactly where I thought it was. The girl just didn’t take more than 30 seconds to do her job. So it wasted 45 minutes of my day. Waste of time. Go to literally any other UPS.

I typically go to this store and has never had an issue. Always very fast service and courteous staff. I live in Merritt Island and go to this one to get things done faster and with a nicer experience.

A UPS store that had two of the rudest people working inside and all I was doing is returning an Amazon package that needed a piece of tape. They were going to charge me seven dollars to replace the second piece of tape. I've never seen that and I won't be using that UPS store nor when I would ask anybody else to use that UPS store they really want to take about a piece of tape to lose customer service. What is this world coming to?

Struggled with door. FedEx has auto open. Place smelled like moth balls. Person in monotone voice explained a long process of what she had to do. I said fine go ahead. Didn't seem to understand. Began to describe again. Said I don't care go ahead then she asked one more time "can I open the package? " Dear me! Left went to FedEx. Done in record time. Learned my lesson. Hint I don't need to know your entire business process. I said go ahead start your process (repack item for UPS) more than 3 times. You could have at any time. Sigh used to be a great company that I worked for. No more.

Worst UPS ever. They have no clue what their job is. Came here to do some ebay shipping (which I normally do at another location but was closer to here today). They had absolutely no clue what to do. No clue how to help me pack an item. No clue about scanning the pre paid shipping label. And did not seem to care about trying to figure it out, even though that is their only job. I understand the way of the world now is to just keep pushing without any inkling of customer service but come on now. Have some pride about yourself to care about the way things are suppose to work.
