My sister and I have been to thrift/vintage/consignment stores all over the south and this is undoubtedly our favourite. You walk in through the "Rocket City Retro" doors (which house a very nice mid century modern store at the back) and go to the right for the Astronaut's Wife. They have many stunning quality clothes (especially dresses) within a well organized and cool store. I purchased white leather cowboy boots (which I'd been looking for forever!) and three dresses for New Years. The owner was kind and did not bother us while we were browsing. Great selection, reasonable prices, and a great name!

If you search thrift stores in the area it won't come up... That stinks cause this place is great. My friend and our teen daughters went to Retro City Rocket which is with The Astronaut's Wife. We ALL found things we loved and we are very different in our styles. Good pricesaand friendly people. I will definitely be back.
