I am sad to say that I went here to cut my very long hair well but they didn't cut my hair well I don't know how they got the permission to cut hair and how they got the certificate I'm sorry for everyone they didn't cut my hair well my lot They cut the big hair at once. I have never given a bad review to any store but today because of their misdeeds I am forced to give them a bad video. Itching I'm not happy??

We can’t thank Matthew enough for his services this evening! We brought in our son who is autistic/nonverbal for his first haircut (at for years old). Matthew was so patient and accommodating. We had no idea what to expect and Matthew delivered a wonderful haircut! He made what we thought was going to be an extremely stressful experience into a wonderful one! We cannot express how wonderful this experience was for us. Thank you!

Brianna is cheap, she doesn't value her delivery drivers when she orders food. Now I know to not tip her either if I get a haircut.

I was unhappy with the haircut. Not a big deal. I will just go somewhere else. But to make it worse I filled out their email survey and they chose to call me on a Sunday. They didn't offer any solution, just apparently felt like like interrupting my afternoon. So, here we are. Don't bother going there. Friday afternoon, no one there, and the young lady that cut my hair didn't want to be there either. I explained that it had been a while since my last visit and needed it cleaned up. That didn't work for her so she insisted that I give her specific directions. She basically trimmed a little bit and was done. Maybe 3 minutes total. At that point I realized I was in the wrong place and I would go. $23 charge, and on top of that their lowest tip suggestion was 30%. I felt that was being pushy, but I left it. So here we are on Sunday and I get a call with no solution at all. Is customer service a thing anymore? Maybe the DMV is hiring

I like their store and program, but each time I go there they have all new staff at the state road 524 location. Four times I've gone there for a cut. The latest hair cut I got was terrible and my wife had to clean it up. Seems obvious this is not an employee friendly place as they can't seem to keep qualified staff. This place gave my daughter lice. Don't go here. They don't clean their brushes. I was. So upset because we really loved their mvp treatment. The first time we went I just thought she got it from school and didn't catch it. But I knew this time she was live free and when we came home about 2 hours later she said she felt something bite her head I took a look and a huge louse on her head. No eggs nothing just one big louse size of my fingernail if not a little smaller. 2x is no coincidence. Bring your own brush is what I learned
