Andy Steele is always an excellent service advisor! However, recently he went well “Above and Beyond” in helping me! First, he worked with me to get my son’s Pilot serviced the day before he left for college. The very next day when we arrived in Gainesville, my son got a large piece of metal road debris in his tire that caused severe damage, which would necessitate the need for a tire replacement. When we got to Gainesville Honda, Andy made himself available to be on the phone for a long period and help direct their personnel in how to obtain a new tire for me through the Honda tire warranty program. His knowledge of the system impressed the employees there as he was able to teach them an entirely new system, which they appreciated (and I appreciated him helping them to help me!!!).
Andy is an amazing asset to the Space Coast Honda team!!!

We were up in Port Canaveral for a cruise and unfortunately, our car broke down. We towed our car to Space Coast Honda figuring they had the part to fix her (they did!) and we were up and running after a couple of hours. They were very informative and were honest/upfront with us about the repair. They were even willing to work with me in case my car was too expensive or beyond repair. We are definitely considering driving up 2 hours to purchase a vehicle from them in the future!

Ask for Jorge! He was so helpful and friendly in making our car buying experience so great! Having talked to a dozen other dealers, we chose Space Coast Honda because he listened to our needs, was not pushy, and seemed to genuinely care about us as people.

I’m new to Honda vehicles so salesman Zack is the man, he led me through the functions of my 2023 Honda Pilot trailsport and kept up with communications concerning some issues I encountered.
I just think that the dealership itself should have paperwork work such as registration and transfer of plates etc done as fast they took my check/money.
I went to get an issue fix on my vehicle a week later and was told I ain’t got no warranty on the vehicle because it’s still in the first owners name yet it supposed to be a Certified Vehicle okay! Its the reason im giving these stars.
Edited to 2 stars, still waiting on my registration! I have never in my years of purchasing a vehicle had to wait on a transfer this long. Went to my local DMV and was told the paperwork on this vehicle has not even been processed on the dealership side ???
Ok so I have to edit again due to SCH service and handling of my case.
Apparently my warranty on my certified vehicle slipped through the cracks and they fixed it, I’m here now as we speak and hopefully they help with a problem I been having from day 1.
So shout out to the retired military finance manager and service folks for setting me straight.
Still waiting to have my Disabled Veteran Plates transferred to my Pilot so I’m bump it up to 4 stars again.
I will still recommend purchasing a vehicle from here because my experience with my salesman and finance manager has been very pleasant.

Great communication from Jacob prior to our visit. Initially was planning to buy a used vehicle from Space Coast Honda but after some consideration and only a few thousand more, I decided to go with a new ‘25 Civic Sport. Jacob provided great customer service and did not pressure us into any extras. Finance Dept looked out for us too for the best rate. With Tier 1 score, we qualified for Honda Financing best rate but he gave us information on going with a local credit union at an even lower rate than Honda.
