This is what they serve to you. Why would they hand this out? This is not the first time they send food out that I would never eat but we tried to give them another try because we have bad days. But no more.

This place should just shut down. The only reason it gets business is location and convenience. They gave me hash browns that someone had eaten off of. It had a bit taken out. When I swung back around through the drive through a girl working there admitted they were hers for herself and she was wondering where they had gone. They have a revolving door of staff. I was once waiting in the drive thru when it actually shut down due to someone quitting. What the actual hell. They never have croissants, sausage, bagel minis, or half the stuff you want. The staff seems to genuinely hate their life. Go to Port Java. It costs the same, tastes better and the only con is having to walk through the door and slightly more time. Get the Mi amor coffee. Get a warm muffin. Thank me later.

For one, they never make the coffee right. For two, this morning they scanned my coupon in store and failed to complete it. ... they never gave me the sandwich that was with my drink. They "ran out" but didn't replace it with anything else- at all Bad management- she didn't care and did nothing about it

I only give the 2 stars because staff is always kind. The food and service is consistently awful. I o Lu use occasionally out of convenience but it's honestly one of the worst DD I've been to!

this dunkin seriously needs to just shut down already. they always forget things from orders, being short staffed is understandable but getting orders incorrect nearly every time and always being out of a multiple things is ridiculous. i work in foods and more likely than not, if you do not have something other locations do, you're just lazy and don't want to make it.

If I could give 10 stars I would just based off customer service here. I went to this dunkin to get breakfast and my dogs' weekly pup cups. They added bacon to the pup cups (which the two of them went nuts for), but not only that, in my tired state I drove off without one of my drinks. I noticed the moment I drove off so I turned to park so I could send my boyfriend in to get the drink but the drive thru employee met us at the parking spot to give us the drink I left behind. The food is great, drinks are great, but the customer service was amazing.

Went to the Duncan Doughnuts in Port Saint John, FL and wanted to order a toasted white chocolate mocha but they were out. The problem is this is the second time I have tried to order it and they were out. When I told the lady that this is the second Saturday in a row that they have been out she told me it is a very popular flavor. I told her that maybe someone should order more if it is popular and they run out quickly. This is when she started shouting at me all the available flavors that they did have in a very condescending tone and also said that she would make sure to set some aside just for me next time. How rude can they be. Avoid this Duncan because you will not get what you want and the people are rude.

Ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich, just like the day before, thru Uber. I spend $23 on a coffee and sandwich. The sandwich arrives, Untoasted, cold eggs, a minuscule amount of cheese, and like maybe 2 pcs of bacon, instead of the 5 advertised. I thought I had my morning order set, and now I'm shopping elsewhere. Thanks for not giving an F guys!

Very unprofessional. I tried to order the new cookie butter cold brew and got told "oooo I don't know how to make one of those, sooo you're outta luck." Every time I go to this location they are out of what ever I'm trying to order and have to order something else. Coffee is never consistent. So disappointing this is the closest Dunkin to me. Very unlikely to continue giving them my time and money at this point

Went to the shell today to buy a few drinks and the Core 20 Oz water bottle wouldn't scan. Instead of checking for proper price for the product, she made an executive decision to make the price for both my Core 20 oz for $2.99 which everywhere online they are almost a 1$ less. Please I urge any cashier reading this to just check for proper price instead of guessing what the price is.

I usually have a mixed experience at this location, however today I had a very pleasant experience. This afternoon I was helped by a very kind employee. The location was sold out of several items that I was attempting to purchase, yet this employee still made my experience a very positive one. I am solely leaving this review due to this one employee.I do, however, want to include a regular employee at this location that also in increases my experiences positivity . I also do not have the name for this employee, but I can say that they have a luxurious beard ha ha. These two employees absolutely pick up the slack for any and all other employees and shortcomings of this location in general.
