***UPDATE**** 9/4/23 - I purchased a pre-made food from Sam's club, their Mediterranean salad. The first salad I ate was fine. The second had a large piece of plastic in it, of which I called sams and spoke with a manager/supervisor (this was the next day after purchasing the salad) and let them know what was found in the salad, provided the date i purchased and date on sticker, thinking they would go and check the salads that were out and remove them so nobody else would possibly run into that issue and cause a bigger issue. The supervisor dismissed me, informing her of the issue. A couple of days later I ate the 3rd salad and found another large piece of plastic in this bowl as well, I didn't call because I felt I would be dismissed again and I didn't even attempt to eat the 4th one I bought because I didn't want to find another piece of plastic in my food. That was definitely 2 of the 4 bowls of salad I purchased. When a customer calls for a legitimate issue/complaint, don't dismiss them. You never know who is calling. Take care of the problem because that problem can become a much bigger issue.I went to this sams club on a whim, I have been to many, and I have to say this club was clean and orderly employees were very friendly and helpful. Great job, keep it up!

Went to this Sam's Club today and there was a lady and a man in the garage area with no cars, just sitting around talking. Went inside the store and to tire center register and a man came to assist and informed us they are not doing any work today and we would need to make an appointment as he would need someone to check his work. When we informed him there are 2 people in the garage sitting around talking, he said he thinks they are on break and would need to come back another day. Someone really needs better management at this Sams as something is not right.

Sorry to give Sam’s this low score. Was there to return a battery for credit. After waiting about 15 mins I started looking to see if there was anyone there. Finally found a lady checking tires, asked if she could help. Her answer was that she was busy and would get to me in a few minutes. This did not settle with me well. Waited another ten minutes and finally another lady came out and I was finally taken care of. In total there were four employees not including the mechanics that couldn’t be bothered with the clients waiting.

My husband was sitting trying to eat a hotdog and pretzel and have a drink while I was sitting with him and nothing but flies were all over us and the table it was discusting. We also watched as customers were using the self checkouts as the associates were standing around not watching customers but talking amunst themselves and having a good old time. DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE if you are expecting "service." After purchasing online, it was a full time job to make an appointment. I called multiple times, once let the phone ring for 15 minutes solid. No answer. I had to get in my car and drive over there and wait, and wait, and wait for a person to come outside of the service area (where customers are not allowed). I should have followed my first instinct - cancel the tire purchase and installation! Instead, I soldiered on under the fallacy of sunken cost.9,000 miles later I'm still trying to get an appointment to get my tires rotated & balanced - supposed to be "free" for the life of the tires or 50k miles, whichever comes first - and do you think I could get an appointment? NO WAY. This time I live ~40 miles away so it is no longer practical for me to drive over just to make an appointment.So I'm going to my local Tire Choice and will pay them. I give up and will NEVER EVER EVER BUY TIRES FROM SAMS CLUB AGAIN. Not worth the headache. My time is more valuable than sitting on the other end of the phone wishing, hoping, someone would answer.

Do not...I repeat...Do not purchase a cell phone at Sam's Club. The salesman at the kiosk does nothing but lie about everything ie. the cost, your upgrade, contractual obligations, rebates, etc. Not one thing that the salesman told me was the truth. Unfortunately Sam's has no recourse as the booth is not theirs, only located in their store. So now I am stuck paying full price for two phones, and you have now been warned. Purchase at your own risk!

Marik was very pleasant and definitely kept calm with the guests he was dealing with at the time. He acknowledged me as i was waiting for my car to finish and assured he'd be right with me. Different customers were not as nice as me, so my time in line grew unnecessarily long, but it's not much he could've done to cash me out. Anyway, just wanted to shout out Marik for great customer service!

Not happy. You have items people love and grow to depend on for specific diet requirements. Items that CANNOT be purchased at any other Sams Club nor any other store then all of a sudden... you decide NOT to carry the product any longer! Case in point, Inked Timber Wolf Keto Seeds bread! You quit ordering ANY of this bread. It is the ONLY bread we have bought and been able to enjoy and eat under our special dietary requirements. Now we are forced to purchase directly from their company at a whopping 4x greater cost. I have checked. This was NOT due to a supply chain issue either! Those of us are left out in the cold who depended on Sams Club for this product! Check out the feedback on Inked’s fb page of the dissatisfied Sams Club members! Bring it BACK or at least allow members to order it in under Sams Club pricing! Boo on you, Sams Club! Btw, your alternate bread... Arnolds Keto, is gross and sucked. We threw both loaves away!! Do better!

Added a card for significant other, they (sams club) never told the date the card was sent, 2 weeks later, I called to "TRY" and figure out what was going on, the employee or associate on the phone was worse than a recording because they wouldn't answer one question I had and kept saying the same thing over and over like they didn't have a brain. Then cancels ALL CARDS. Never tells me he canceled my cards. So now I have to wait even longer because of their unprofessionally trained employees. Sams club in general is a waste of time and no one should put any confidence in any of their employees.

Bought my glasses here. I have vision insurance which they do not accept but I have the Sam's Plus membership. They told me to get my eyes tested with my insurance and price glasses at the eye doctor. I did that and then took the quote and my prescription to Sam's. They don't have as large a selection of frames but I found several that I liked. When they figured out the cost, I was able to get a new pair of glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses for less than I would have paid for just the glasses using my insurance at the eye doctor. I have had them for 2 years with no complaints. I just repeated the whole process again and have ordered new glasses and sunglasses at Sam's. They should be here in 2 weeks.

We are members of both Sam's and Costco, but we definitely recommend Sam's more then Costco. Sam's club is definitely a lot cheaper then Costco. For things that I buy from dog food and snacks to everyday needs, I compared the prices and Sam's is definitely going to save me more money. Will probably not renew Costco for the coming year. Sam's club is the best!

We called the Cocoa Townsend Rd location at 5:15 on a Saturday evening because our boat trailer had a flat tire, got there and after only 15 minutes we had a brand new tire. The staff were super friendly and helpful on the phone and even more so in person. Huge thank you to the staff for all their help.
