As a traveler far from home we weren’t sure where to go. The great reviews and a local recommendation led us here. We had a leaky window that needed repair quickly due to forecasted heavy rain. Mary was very creative in finding a way to get us serviced. Everyone there was extremely helpful and gracious. When I mentioned Ron Osburn to a few people afterwards they all sang their praises. Our RV blew a radiator hose on our way to Jetty Park. We called Ron Osborn RV Repair to see if they could help. We found out they do not provide emergency services for engines, but we were surprised with what happened next. After speaking with them, we received a phone call back about 15 minutes later from Marsha. She called and provided us a name of another company that was able to assist us. What kind of company goes out of their way to help you when it doesn't benefit them? Ron Osborn RV Repair does!! This proved to us that Ron Osborn RV Repair is an upstanding company and willing to help in any way they can. In the future, if we need any of the services they provide, we will definitely bring our RV to them. We are forever grateful!

Described to them an issue with a water heater under warranty. Took about a week to get scheduled. They called day of, showed up 2 service men, ran diagnostics, replaced the bad part, and were gone in 30 minutes, all fixed. Cost me for the site trip only.

They are great. I needed a minor repair to my generator. They not only fixed it but also took some time to explain to me some of the do's and dont's of my electrical system. I would highly reccommend them!
