“We were having issues printing in color on our commercial grade Brother printer we purchased in 2020 for personal use. After troubleshooting with Brother over the phone for 45 minutes, it was recommended we take it in for servicing to a licensed repair shop, and Brother recommended Altec. We were reluctant to invest more money on this machine and considered purchasing a new one, but ultimately decided to bring it in to Altec because the new model uses different ink cartridges and they are rather expensive Our color cartridges were almost full. My husband spoke with Jenn at Altec and brought it in to the store. Jeremy, the tech, took a look and the repair was a simple one. We were charged for a half hour for labor and the part needed, a very inexpensive cost in the end. Both Jenn and Jeremy were professional, kind and what inspired this review ... honest. This business could have charged us more for diagnostic labor time and parts we didn't need and we would never have known. We would highly recommend Altec Business Technology to both businesses and consumers. Honest people doing honest work ... a rare gem in these times. Many thanks ... for the great repair (works perfectly), great service, and restored faith that there are honest businesses in our community. 10/10 stars and our gratitude!!”
“They’re always very friendly and funny. I go in to ship a package, I leave laughing so hard I forget I still have the package in my hand. Come back in, ship it finally, and can’t wait to come again next week. Sometimes I continue laughing the whole drive home, all the way through dinner, and occasionally even in my sleep. It’s slightly terrifying, but I wouldn’t trade my UPS experience for anything.”

Derrick, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me with Adobe InDesign, ensuring my document had the correct bleeds for printing. His professional advice was invaluable, and the end product exceeded my expectations.I had previously approached Jet Press Printing, where I encountered less than satisfactory customer service. They were not only less helpful but also quoted me $80 for 10 booklets when I only needed three. They wormy print less than 10 booklets. Moreover, they estimated a 3 to 4-day wait before the job could be picked up, which was inconvenient, to say the least. After multiple calls and left messages with a slow response speed, I turned to Pioneer Printing.The contrast couldn’t be starker. “I placed my order online and not even a hour later the order was ready. I really love the ease of placing orders. It said it wouldn't be ready until the next day but after calling the manager reassured me that it wouldn't take that long. There was a mix up with hours online and I arrived after their closing time. When I explained this to the manager the next day she took the time to explain it to me. She was so friendly and really cared about excellent customer service. I will be sure to do more work orders for my flyers here in the future.”
