Zero stars - I do not recommend!! We had someone from this company come out in April, and again in May to repair or replace our garage door opener. In total for the two "repairs," we were charged over $400 and it hasn't worked more than intermittently since. The last time my partner spoke to the repairman, he suggested we go to Home Depot or Lowes, buy a new one, and he would come back and install it for $179.00. If it couldn't be repaired, why wasn't it replaced by this company? They are supposed to be the professionals, we would have gladly paid them to install a new one if that was what was needed. I do not have the money or trust in this sketchy business to continue to try to resolve this issue with them, I am considering it a loss and will try another company.

We have used Overhead Door of America out of Cocoa for 3 commercial doors in the past year. We are now having a 4th installed by Tareq and his crew. They have repeatedly come in as the lowest price for comparable products and have always arrived when scheduled.

We call them every time we have a problem with our door. They come on time, quickly fix what needs to be done and they don’t Presure you to upgrade to a new door.

Once sale is complete—- they drop the ball. Failure to uphold or even file warrant claims. Terkel manipulative and bullying. A customer who paid 15$k+ for a garage door… most businesses would have treated professionally. Had to call manufacturer to resolve.
