Intense smell of mold and mildew. Little to no lighting. A rat ran across the floor near the children’s toys. Very cluttered.

I am very disappointed with Northwind Ministries furniture pickup service. Three times I have set up a date for pickup. And three times they have NOT arrived. No call to say they can't come. I have waited at home all day each time. I will not recommend call them again and will not recommend them for pickup.
