I came in to get an inspection because my car was vibrating and nobody could figure out what was wrong with it. Luckily after a thorough inspection done by Sevan, he was able to diagnose the problem as the rear transmission mounts. He did a wonderful job within a reasonable time frame and I was absolutely thrilled with his work and results. I will definitely be doing business with Midas Cocoa again. I definitely recommend this location because they get the job done ?

My time was not valued here. Made 2 appoints confirmed 2 times when I showed up to the shop waited for 45 min no one was there. What they do t tell you is the warranty only works at one location. Very unprofessional.

As a person from out of state I’m disappointed. It’s 1pm they close at 6pm. I was told no on a simple oil change. The lot is full, “I have one tech, the other called out.” … excuses just sad. I’m not for a negative review just save your time, convenience of US1 still a no. Midas in Merritt Island is more humble. Greeted rudely, guy at the counter was more focused on eating his food.

I want to start out by saying I absolutely will never go anywhere else. Midas has the best customer service and the work that they do on cars is Amazing. They make me feel as if I have nothing to worry about. They go over and beyond on the work the done to my car and I am so grateful for them. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I came here to get the oil change then they want me to replay the oil panel, they try to get something done, but never need that. Very bad play I never see I won’t recommend for anybody

Every time I've gone to this location, my vehicle was worse than when it went in. They damaged one of my rims, damaged multiple wheel studs, and I had an alignment done since I had to travel across the country. I trusted them to do this simple task, and now I have two destroyed tires because they failed to do a proper alignment. Don't trust these hacks to touch your vehicle. You'll likely regret it. They've cost me hundreds of dollars because of their poor service.

5 stars! From St. Pete, got stuck on vacation on my birthday with a dead starter. Midas had us in and out in 2.5 hours. Best Customer Service Ever. Now we can enjoy our family trip.

I highly recommend this auto repair center for both excellent technicians and caring, customer service! Even though the center was extremely busy, when I was in a jam with a tire needing repair and no where else to go, they fit me in and repaired it within 30 minutes! I cannot tell you how much I appreciated it as I had no where else to go. Thank you so much Midas! I will recommend you to all of my friends and family.
