Came here just expecting to look, but Jeff was AWESOME! he met us late to accommodate our work schedule, answered all of our questions, and we were in and out with a new mattress in less than an hour! I called Mattress by appt. And spoke with Jeffrey. As usual, this is my second time buying from him, he was prompt with the appt. And didn’t disappoint with the price. I highly recommend this place. I am a loyal customer and will only buy my mattresses there. He is very courteous and doesn’t push the sale.

I met with Jeff on a Saturday morning. I had driven by hundreds of times but didn’t know about the store until it appeared in a GOOGLE search for mattresses near me. I told him what I was looking for and if the price was right I would buy on the spot. He moved a few mattresses around, I laid on several of them, we discussed the price, and I had a new mattress, box spring, frame, and cover in less than 30 minutes.It worked out perfectly!

My wife and I made an appointment and went there and Jeff was very patient and helpful. I have chronic back pain from an injury I suffered some years ago and I need a certain type of mattress and he found which one felt really good to me, then when I told him I couldn't afford it he found me one that was just as good with a 10 year warranty for 1/3rd the price. Great service, great price and great selection. Thanks Jeff!
