  Husband needed a tow, state farm dispatched this company and they never showed up. 2 hours no call no show. Kept going straight to their voicemail. Finally gave up had to get get another company to come tow his truck.

  Called for a tow. Accepted twice. Canceled twice. Called and dispatch answered the phone with “hello?”…… real smart people working over here at this towing company. Coming from a repo guy of 7 years. You guys are bad at your job…
