My wedding set was custom made at Klines and we had a great experience. Everyone was super helpful, and did great work. We’ve gone back multiple times and every time staff is friendly and their work is fantastic.

Don't take your water-resistant watch for battery replacements. Had mine done after they told me they do dive watches all the time with no complaints. Went swimming the next week with it. Stopped working and clearly has water inside it.

I had them place charms on a bracelet. They don't lay properly!!!! No pride in workmanship. I took one look at it and said they don't lay properly. The lady went back to the jeweler and he laid it down in a certain direction, if you lay it like this they do. I'm sorry but in what world am I going to take off my bracelet and lay it a specific way and say no, it's right if you look at it like this.

i am so so happy!! i had lost a diamond in my engagement ring (the ring is from a big chain named jewelry store) and i took it to the chain store for them to fix and they completely botched my ring. I then found Klines and mentioned to them what had happened and they were happy to take it in and fix it for me!! they even helped me get a wedding band for my ring! the jeweler is incredible! he made my ring look just like the day i got it. (even better actually)i will always be going to Klines and I highly recommend everyone go there as well. It’s a wonderful family business. all of the employees are so kind. They care for their customers and make sure all of the jewelry is the best it can be.

They send out for repairs and it takes like 8 weeks for something that was vary except able it might have been hard to repair but I would have given him enough gold to make it solid if that's what It. Needed

Always friendly always helpful high quality work at reasonable prices. Was looking for a Greek evil eye pendant on a necklace and although they did not have one they ordered one for me 14 karat gold with diamonds and sapphires. My daughter will be surprised on Christmas morning. They also do a great job of cleaning your jewelry while you browse the cases.

I used to love this place until we tried to get our wedding rings repaired. My husband's ring was dipped into black paint instead of painting the black into the background.We had trouble with being promised our rings would be ready on Tuesday in one week for an additional $50. We paid the money for the expedited service. The rings weren't ready until late Thursday, my husband picked them up Friday.I owned a fine jewelry store. My jeweler would never have been so lazy and unprofessional. As a matter of fact we are shipping my husband's ring to her for repair.We spent a lot of money in this store but never again. Such a shame!

I stopped in here to get some watch batteries replaced. They got me taken care of quickly. They have a very nice store here with lots of beautiful items. All the staff were very nice.

We have used Kline's jewelry many times. Have never been disappointed. We always find jewelry we like and at a good price. Any work we need is prompt and well done. We highly recommend this establishment!

They did a great job on cleaning my necklace and ensuring that my clasp would stay shut. They also tightened some diamonds on my wife's ring and cleaned it. I have taken numerous pieces of jewelry to them and have always been satisfied!

I went in there last week with my Brother in law to get his ring sized. Klines called my Brother in law said the Ring was ready but it was still to Big so we took in back today & Marty the owner explained that it's a lot of work to do it again & that it would cost us 50.00 more bit heard Marty explained to the Sales girl to use the ring sizer for not a Graduation ring & that is the one she used was the wrong sizerO have used them for a long time but not anymore will go somewhere else.

Nice folks, But........Extremely long wait times for repairs (2-3 months).I took my items to Kay up in the Target Plaza in T-ville.7 days. And more affordable.
