They are okay if the fee was reasonable and affordable more ppl would go. The thing is when you ask then pricing they say 89.99 for single filing with w2. But if I add my deductions the fees bumped up to $ 259.00. They also offer free filing on line abut won't give you options to put all your deductions.. very disappointing thr online filing

A client came in waiting for the gentleman that I was working with, so I was mindful that someone was waiting on me to finish. We finished with the last part of my tax preparation and I left with in the next 10 minutes. When the tax agent called for the next client and they got back to his desk the agent said “sorry for the wait, they were talking.” ? EXCUSE ME?! Not cool. I was completely aware and actually anxious that someone was waiting on me because I'm considerate of other people's time. It's rather upsetting he blamed me for taking as long as he did.

Been going for over 25 years. This past visit was the worst. I was told that a rule was changed. And I went and researched it. It hasn't been changed and I call them on it they acted like it was an glitch in the system. Then when they said they will call me the next day about it. I waited until 6pm before I called them. And they told me we still looking into the glitch. Here i am still waiting.
