Bought a Girsan MCP35.Shoots low left, this is a known barrel problem. Want me to ship through a FFL and pay shipping BOTH way for them to 'evaluate' it. Will cost over $100 for a warranty claim. Asked if they would do a barrel swap, send me the barrel, I'll change it. NOPE. Worst customer service ever.If your buying from them check terms of lifetime warranty.

Bottom of the barrel in both quality and in customer service!Buy a TISAS, or a Taurus or even a HIGH POINT if you want to try budget….unlike EAA,… Those companies will do a MUCH BETTER job honoring their warranty…. EAA is a jokeStay AWAY from this garbage if you have even a moderate amount of standards in firearms!

The laziest most unprofessional customer service. They do nothing to help, and even if you need to send the gun back in for repair or an “evaluation” as they call it, you pay for everything making it financially smarter just to fix it yourself. Just terrible, and they don’t care because they already have your money.

worst customer service ever! the warranty service procedure is designed to discourage warranty service. forced to go through an ffl dealer, transfer fees are required, plus shipping costs both ways. in my case this cost would exceed $100

I purchased a Girsan MC P35 OPS and I had the following issues with the pistol:1. The front sight fiber optic strand flew out on the first shot.2. The Optics screws were loose and I had to tighten them with thread locker3. The grip screws kept coming off and when I hand-snugged one of them it broke4. The front sight post kept moving and wouldn't stay in place even with Red locker. When I contacted EAA customer support to get a front sight post, they wanted me to ship the pistol back to them through an FFL.My FFL charges $75 to ship the pistol and EAA wants $30 to ship it back. All that for $20 front sight post??I think the point is, they don't want to service the pistol.

Wish I could give these clowns zero stars. Tried to purchase a locking block for a shotgun (different importer but identical to the Churchill 220 they sell). Was told they do not sell these parts per company policy. When pressed on why they will not sell this part, the male rep proceeded to become irate, angrily said "Have a good day sir." and hung up. Attempted to call back and they now just pick up and hang up. Left them a nice voicemail with some colorful language, it's the least I could do for such a wonderful experience :sarcasm:. If you have an asinine policy where you sell certain small parts and not others, then at least have some justification as to why instead of proceeding to act like a moody teenager.I have owned several EAA products in the past including their Tanfoglio Witness pistols, and Windicator revolver which have been very nice. I used to recommend them as a great budget-priced option to many people who have gone on to purchase their products. I will be sure to never purchase or recommend any of their products after this. You do not treat your customers like garbage, especially in a saturated market where there are a multitude of other manufacturers offering the same products at a better price point.Want me to take down this review? Then let's talk. If not, then I will take this as an acceptance by the company that their customer service is in fact as poor as my experience, and that of others who have posted similar reviews.

I bought an MC 35 several months ago from CNN here in Texas. The gun is great that shoots accurately it appears to be made well and I got extra mags from CNN. Everything works just great. factory mags are supplied by Megger not pro Mag I currently own two browning high-power's. When is the World War II bring back any other is a 1980s manufacture.

I purchased a brand new EAA Girsan MC9 BX 9mm with factory installed cowitness Far Dot optics. I will preface this by saying I am an excellent shot, routinely qualify in the 95% on Federal Law Enforcement qualifications and have been shooting firearms for over 25 years. I brought this firearm to the range and fired 4 rounds of controlled pairs at 7 yards for testing. This firearm shot left 2 inches using the cowitness iron sights. I had 2 other expert shots try the firearm, with the same results.I sent the firearm back to EAA for an RMA to address the issue, since the fiber optic rear sights integrated with the far-dot optic can not be adjusted, nor can the front iron sight. I called EAA service after the firearm was sent back, to learn how they fixed the issue. They told me the firearm was fine. The rear sights are not made for acquiring a good sight picture and shooting accurately as iron sights, but only used to aquire the green dot in the optic more quickly. WHAT??? Yes you read that right. The "cowitness" Far Dot optic has built in rear sights that can not be used as rear sights. I think the EAA service tech has no knowledge in firearms or shooting skills, if he believes this. Waiting on an EAA supervisor to call me. No one seems to want to call me back

i purchased a mc 1911 c 45acp several weeks ago. the darn thing will not consistently i initially thought return to full battery. i initially thought the problem was the clip. i tried several other clips with the same result. it has at east 2 malfunctions per clip. the gunshop i purchased it from was absolutely no help, they advised me to contact eaa corp directly and after i contacted them they were also very little help. i can't believe that a brand new product that doesn't work requires me to pay for shipping both ways. in this day and age who charges the customer shipping. i will never again purchase any firearms distributed by this company.

I ordered Magazines for my Girsan Regard MC from 2 dealers. They were supposed to be Factory OE magazines. I received "Pro-Mag" from both dealers in sealed EAA bags. And the magazines did NOT fit the Girsan. Why would EAA sell ProMag as Factory Original Magazines for Girsan and the magazines did not even fit ? For this I give them zero star. After firing the first few rounds with my Girsan, the screw fell out of the grip. The threads were worn out and it was beyond repair. I had bought this gun at Gun Broker.com from Arms and Ammo Sporting Goods, Fremont, NE. I figured I had been scammed. I could not find a Telephone Number for EAA. After about a year I took the gun to a dealer to see if I could sell it. The dealer encouraged me to contact EAA since the gun was under warranty. I found a Contact Form on their website, and to make a long story short I mailed the Gun to them. In about a week, they asked me for FFL information so they could mail a replacement back to me. In another 3-4 days they mailed a replacement to the FFL dealer. They did NOT ask me to pay for the postage. Every time I called EAA to check on my gun, the phone was answered promptly. The person on the other end was polite. The gun was replaced, no questions asked. No hassle. For this I give them 5 star.

I have purchased 4 pistols from EAA Corp. Three were Tanfoglio, made in Italy. A 9mm, a 10mm and a 38 Super. The other was a Girsan made in Turkey. I have had no problems with the Tanfoglio pistols. The Tanfoglio pistols came with triggers in the 3 lb range. I purchased the Girsan (EAA Girsan 390095 MC1911 Match Elite 45ACP, 5 inch) on GB 5/20/22. It was advertised as a competition 2.5 lb trigger. Using a Lyman gage this trigger has never been below 6 lbs. The manual that came with this gun is not up to date. It is supposed to cover 6 different models. But not the model that I purchased. I would consider the breakdown of this model somewhat unconventional. You have to push the guide rod out through the muzzle and captivate it with a pin. This is not addressed in the manual. You need a pin .500 inches long by .80 diameter in order to captivate the guide rod, allowing you to remove the guide rod, spring and barrel. This pin is not supplied by Girsan or EAA. A pin and instructions should be shipped with this Weapon. The gun is accurate, the trigger is terrible. EAA should address this issue and assure instructions and at least one breakdown pin.
