15 people standing in line one, while another employee stands there ignoring all the customers looking at shelves when there are clearly 10-12 frustrated customers waiting in line, place is a jokeWalked out without making a purchase after standing in line for 30 minutesWill not be back ever

This is a large Dollar General in a creepy run down plaza right near the train tracks. The town of Cocoa really needs to update or tear down and redo this shopping center and area.Decided to stop in to purchase a few things - batteries for one, but none to buy. All of the lower priced Eveready and store brand were completely out of stock. Really many of the shelves and racks in this store were empty. The employer said they can't get good help or anyone to work and stock shelves....a sad state today, people just don't want to work (+ other factors)

Give the gal who was working on Sat. Aug.6 a huge raise! She had a huge line and she still greeted everyone and was NICE! Unbelievable in this day and age!Very rarely do you find this anymore! Don't lose that girl.

We bought 5 baskets today that we got off the shelf which said $4.75. She said they were in the wrong place and charged us $6.50. As a customer, it is not my fault they are in the wrong place. Then she had the nerve to argue and continue to call us "Baby". Very unprofessional

?I went there just to buy glue, and found other items I needed, I was in and out in less than five minutes. the service was efficient and they had a lot of things that you may need. Also the cashier was very and that's good to see because most people aren't, I get that everyone has bad days, but he seemed to be happy which actually made my day much easier! ?

I absolutely hate going to Dollar Generals because there is always a staff member that is absolutely rude for no reason and not to mention the mess. This is here is one I go to often because the manager TAMMY is an absolute joy to deal with. No matter what day or time I go in she is always pleasant. I’ve even witnessed someone being extremely rude for no reason and she stood her ground while being polite at the same time. Tammy is a great example of EXCELLENT customer service. This woman needs a raise and promotion. The store is always neat and coming from the location, it speaks volumes for the manager and her staff. Tammy keep doing what you’re doing, you will surely go places. Thank you so much for being a joy.

What can I say. This is one of the best Dollar General stores in our area. I live in Rockledge Florida and I will drive all the way to the one in cocoa. The staff here are super friendly. The store manager is one of the best ones. She really works her butt off. Actually pretty much everyone does there. This store is very busy and they truly try to keep the line moving. I will always shop here!!
