Everyone in the pharmacy is rude. I truly cannot believe the way they act. My girlfriend has been disrespected way too many times… every month for over a year and a half- finally got her to change pharmacies and she’s much happier. . I won’t step foot in another cvs.

The store is ok, but you can't call and talk to the pharmacy to inquire whether they have your prescription in stock. They want you to leave a message and wait for a call back, or drive to the store to find out. Umm, no. Walgreens pharmacy will answer your call and address your questions. CVS is now the pharmacy I will call as a last resort only.

I want to thank the crew in the pharmacy that was working on July 3rd at the close of shift. (I’m embarrassed I didn’t get their names) My son had a prescription called in 20 minutes before closing. We were leaving the next day to visit family and it was important that he have this med. The prescription wasn’t showing up in their system, but they asked us to wait and they’d recheck instead of telling us to come back the next day. It must have been 2 minutes before closing it showed in their system. I know at the end of a shift you’re ready to go home but they were so friendly and kind while they filled the RX. They also had another customer besides me and another in drive thru along with other task that had to be done so they were busy for a 2 person crew. I’m so grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you

You should really have associates that care and are nice to people who work in the pharmacy. Customer Service goes a long way and this pharmacy does not have it!

The pharmacist here was amazing and helpful. I think his name was Sam. We are from Tennessee but needed a prescription filled locally in Titusville. The pharmacist went out of his way to help me and everybody in the store was super kind and friendly. Probably the easiest Pharmacy transaction we’ve ever had using the barcode on the app for pick up was super easy too. Writing a review to show my appreciation, but it was unsolicited.

I love the equipment the only thing I had problems with the button to make it work I got two machines and both did the same thing I changed the batteries and not sure what happened I really like the product I wish it worked good

It is ridiculous that the pharmacy does not open until 9am.
Most of us have to be at work before then.
I am seriously considering switching my scripts (over $400 monthly) to a 24 hr pharmacy.

If I could give this place a negative star, or even two, I would...What I found disappointing about this place was, for a chain, how understaffed it was, particularly the pharmacy - and on a weekend, no less. How is this even possible? The folks in the pharmacy were doing their best to keep up, but only two working simply was not enough. No fault of the pharmacy workers, total blame goes to how this place is managed. I think I'll go elsewhere in town and give them some time to resolve their issues...

Three strikes and you're out! Strike 1: I made an appointment for a flu shot. I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment and waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. After finally getting checked in, I then waited 30 more minutes before I finally walked out. Strike 2: My son was supposed yo have a prescription sent from urgent care. They said it would probably be two hours before they could fill it and they would call when it was ready. We never got a phone call. Strike 3: I waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes last night to get my meds. After the car in front of me drove off, it took 10 minutes before the tech even asked what I wanted! If I could give 0 stars, I would!
