CVS has always been my go to pharmacy.
The pharmacy staff has always been professional and knowledgeable, I receive my medication in a timely manner.. if there is an issue they explain to me what the problem is.
The front staff always say hello, if I need help they’re pleased to help. I get all my rewards with no problem. I am very happy as a CVS customer! ?

I've been coming to this CVS since I was five and I'm 22 now. I can always find what I need in here and if not they always have suggestions on where I can find a product. They're all really sweet in here and shout out to Terry for the spoons!! ??

CVS on Clearlake is staffed with friendly staff that make you feel like old friends. They are super approachable. This location seams to always have a deal on supplements going so you should stop in and take a look. They also have a good collection of cold items. I appreciate that they have the option for self-checkout as this is fast and convenient.

This pharmacy is a joke. I go to ask the guy behind the counter a question about an ointment for my child and he pretends to not hear me. So I say excuse me sir 2 more times while he continues to ignore me. Absolute last time I go in there. He is lucky I had my kids with me or I would have thrown the item at him to get his attention. Terrible customer service everyone in there should be fired!

CVS is the absolute worst place to get your prescriptions filled! You can never get anyone on the phone. Then of all things I get an injection prescription for cholesterol. I was given an inject at the Doctors office and he gave me two more injections to take home because it is a very expensive drug and usually takes a little time to get approved. Each injection is for two weeks! I noticed my blood pressure going up but didn't think anything of it. The prescription was approved but my cost was over $1000.00, I picked up the prescription but completed taking the doctors supplied first. Come to find out the prescription is what was increasing my blood pressure. So I brought the medication back unopened, sealed in the box, in an injection that is only 1 use. CVS told me they won't accept the return and will not refund my $1000.00+ dollars ! How outrages is that a multi billion dollar company is going to stick it to the little people, looser company and none of my family will ever use that company again!

They are just terrible, when in charge of fulfilling life saving medications you would think they would put forth even the slightest amount of effort, but they don't. Send your business to their competition.
