Holy cow (literally and figuratively)! I could (and did) spend A LOT of $ here. Too many items to mention, but I have to mention the smoked meatloaf; it is amazing! Oh, and the many varieties of bread pudding. And, the pickles. That's it. OMG, and the 4-pack of brisket burgers! What a great addition to Cryderman's BBQ and to Cocoa Village!

My 86 year old Dad had a hankering for a fresh ham for his birthday, which of course is in early October and nowhere near holiday season. I called several butcher shops, no dice. Thomas at Cryderman's reached out specially to his supplier and provided the most amazing quality fresh ham at an incredibly reasonable price. And looking at the meats in the case while he deboned it I can see that everything he sells is the best of the best. I have found my new butcher!

Plenty of goodies in the meat market from sauces, rubs, meats and cooked meats from their bbq shop. I particularly love their dry aged steaks. The 45 day one is perfect if you want a little bit of the “blue cheese” taste.

They have a pretty good selection for not a bad price. They also have more unique meats in the freezer like elk, duck, and lamb. I am definitely coming back here

Damn good pulled pork BBQ. 20 bucks a pound, but it's worth it.Cole slaw is to be desired. IMO, below average. However, I do buy my BBQ sauce from there. All that stuff at the grocery store is trash. I buy Blues Hog, available at their meat market next door. Would highly recommend a visit

I was early to pickup my to go order next door & wandered in. OMG! Waygu Tallow, smoked butter; elk, venison, duck, pork, beef, condiments, seasoning, wine, cheese. This is very close in style to Petty's Meats on a smaller footprint.I was awestruck by the seasonings after I was speechless looking through all the premade poppers, and other appetizers. The in line crowd were getting the burgers so once I pulled my jaw off the floor & could speak I got 2 8oz Butcher blend burgers. I watch enough Meat Church & other cooking programs to know it's everything from brisket to Filet cut & trimmed throughout the day.A Filet skewer reminded me of Brazilian steakhouse in Orlando. Tempted but decided instead on a 5 oz "Prime Denver" cut. Looked like a boneless short rib in filet mignon size. Butcher said 5 min a side in a hot cast iron would be a good idea.I finished off the meat purchase with a 9 oz Cheshire Boneless pork chop. I grabbed a container of smoked butter to try, saving the Waygu tallow for my next trip.
