Disorganized office. Went to a new vet, and unfortunately this vet missed some pretty important stuff. One of our dogs has a heart murmur that was completely overlooked even though we expressed some concerns.

As a first time patient this would be my honest review…
They fit me in on a Saturday after a cancellation which is almost rare! My baby needed to be seen and they made that happen!
Exam fee, exceptionally fair and inexpensive.
Medications are also inexpensive!
The rooms are spotless, smells disinfected and taken care of!
The staff is so incredibly nice and helpful!
I will be coming back here if any of my fur babies ever have any issues again! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 would be because I feel as though the main veterinarian could have been more thorough with the initial exam and throughly went down the list of my concerns without discrediting it. Overall experience was awesome and took a lot of weight off my shoulders, thanks!!

New to his office and I was very impressed! Very affordable unlike some vets who are constantly Nickle and diming you. The staff was super friendly and he definitely gained a new client.

Dr. Renz and his staff are all great. Dr. Renz is patient and never in a hurry and both of my dogs are healthy and happy under his care. They are also reasonably priced and get you in for your appointment without long waits.

The Dr. and staff are outstanding. I took my ill dog and Dr. Rentz told me right up front that he did not know if he could save my Sammie. He did everything he could to save him. He is very caring and understanding. I have recommended him to some of my friends.

Can’t say enough about this place. He’s the kind of doc you want to see your pets, treats the animal and doesn’t just cater to the wants of the owner. He doesn’t tip toe around the nonsense and shoots you straight (he’s got my business just for this one). Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the animal is treated properly and with very fair pricing. And the front of house runs like clockwork ?
