we tried to donate furniture, storage containers, chairs, and clothes. it was all piled in our driveway ready to go. admittedly it was a lot. when the guys came to pick it up, they took one superficial look, and said they didn't want any of it. nothing. didn't even look at the clothes, many of which were new. it was obvious their reluctance stemmed from the fact they didn't want to expend the effort to load it. obviously, we will NEVER deal with these lazy people ever again nor ever step foot in their dilapidated store.
Response to owner: first, the word you are searching for is "discretion." Remember, the dictionary is your friend. Second, you are a liar; our stuff was not left out in the elements, it was piled in the driveway as a courtesy to your drivers. There was nothing wrong with any of it as evidenced by the fact that the stuff we could fit in our car was ALL readily accepted at two other thrift shops in Merritt Island. They did however take a bike that was the oldest, and worst conditioned object there, but was also very easy to load. So yes, your guys are LAZY! You talk about "standards"? Have you seen the inside of your store?? Instead of being defensive, why not just improve your attitude and customer service?

Jeff and Tommy from the Sharing Center pickup crew are amazing! They went above and beyond when coming by to pick up our heavy donation, and were exceedingly friendly and patient. We can't thank them enough!

Great shopping. Prices much lower than GW. Shelter homeless when temps drop too low. Really help those in need!

By far the greatest thrift in town.I couldn't say enough good things about this place. I walk out with beautiful finds 90% of my visits. I shop here so often that I'm on a first name basis with the staff. I enjoy each and every one of them. The prices are the best I have found in Florida. I am so happy to give them my money because you SEE the difference they are making in the homeless community with their profits. They provide showers, clothes and meals on the property. All around 11/10 stars for this store. I recommend everyone that loves to thrift to check this one out. And I ALWAYS donate here. I prefer to donate to their cause than give my donations to any other place. I always want this store to thrive and continue their amazing work in the community.

I think they’re one of the most inconsiderate unprofessional coldhearted shouldn’t even be working giving out nothing to no one especially the pantry me and my family have Covid. We had it for a while call them to get some food delivered. They said they can’t because they’re scared to get Covid. I told them they can just leave the food at the door if it’s possible but I guess people don’t matter nobody no matter to them I don’t never it was would expect nothing from Brevard county because everything over here is cold hearted, cold blooded they don’t care nothing about their self and they talk to you like you ain’t nothing but a piece of trash. The governments, definition, investigate them. I may be scamming and scheming out of peoples money and all that money that the family gets they can’t even help people get nothing done helping poor families out here they’ll care nothing about that all they care about is a paycheck. Every every time they get paid they don’t care about families they don’t care about nobody the whole county is cold blooded…

I read, with sorrow and disgust, that someone was denied food because she didn't have a car. How CRUEL. I'm reminded of a program, over 30 years ago, at the local college, that "helped" women get jobs. I didn't have a car/truck and was turned down! DOES THIS MAKE SENSE? Those w/o a vehicle should be helped FIRST!! (I used a bicycle, 5 miles each way, in the miserable April-Oct. heat, to a job I found; this means, I NEEDED A JOB!) I know of "jumping through hoops" for $10 worth of used clothes and the shabbiest shoes, re: another review.

This is more than just a thrift store. It is a nice little store with very good prices with a little bit of everything. They also have a furniture section in the back with large items. They serve our community of folks that need help, like clothes, free meals from their kitchen and food from a pantry. So you can donate items to sell and also food to help with their charity. If you see anyone that needs this type of service, send them here!

That girl Amanda this job is not for you. Why work at the sharing center if your going to be rude. If you don't like your job find another or maybe you should have called out. Refused to give me a return on a mistake she made.

This place is a minefield dangerous to walk through they have the store so overloaded with stuff I have been caught walking through there I've seen shows that they use going under the extreme weight somebody is going to get hurt in there one day and one of those shelves collapses on somebody very dangerous
