“The shuttle was efficient and the driver was helpful. There was only one representative working the desk but he moved along quickly. He was helpful and answered my questions. We had a few choices of vehicles and the Nissan Pathfinder we selected was perfect for our needs. After we picked up the car, we decided to extend our stay in Florida by one night and had no problem extending the rental period. Upon returning the vehicle to MCO Airport, the attendants there were extremely helpful and the process is well-organized and quick. We have always rented with Enterprise in Florida and the company has always served us well.”

“After returning my rental today, I needed a ride to the cruise terminal. That’s when I met coach, who drove everyone on the shuttle to their respective cruise terminals. I’m very impressed with the amount of customer service, friendliness, and attention to detail that coach displayed. Coach interacted with every single person on the shuttle bus, including the kids. He made sure to remind every one to grab everything out of their rental vehicles, and turn in keys. “Well I am sure anyone out there that loves there car, or truck,etc. Will appreciate and understand where I'm coming from. My name Robert and I have used Mike Erdman Toyota once before years ago and the service manager treated me well considering its was my error in judgement that made the problem. So I am a mechanic by trade but a bad accident and old age, left me unable to preform these tasks. Thank God I remembered Mike Erdman who was so kind to me, there is a gentlemen name Khalid Lopez not only made me fill at home he was with the up most in professional curtosy, I felt at ease and he was polite and let me explain and kinda vent because I just spent alot some where else won't mentioned. Mr. Lopez assured me his top tech CHAD I apologize Chad I don't remember your last name,but ask Mr Lopez when you go in and he will help you np. Anyhow he gave my Betsey to Chad the tech and what a wonderful kind and intelligent person he was I can go on for days raving about all the great things they did. If you would like your toyota or what ever vehicle bring it to them...
